“long wait for your appontment. but once you're in to see the doctor it's a short easy visit. people that work there very understanding. there are lot of patience it's nice facility like this and if we all work together it will continue until only get better.

I am very unimpressed with the service I have received from Cannafarms, and am regretting switching from my old LP, WMMC, who always had very fast, courteous service and went out of their way to resolve issues.
I asked Cannafarms to let me know when my insurance coverage was in place, as well as when they were stocking a specific strain (Cannabliss, 20% CBD) as I had switched to that LP specifically to use that strain.
Cannabliss never contacted me, so two weeks later, after waiting for a restock, I placed my first order. TWO DAYS LATER, they restocked. I was not allowed to change or exchange my order, and wasted a whole months Rx (almost 7 ounces and $1500 dollars) on medication that is not up to snuff.
Even though I am not happy with the product, they will do nothing to help me. The product I received was over two months old, dry and stale, but I am not allowed to get a refund or to exchange for the newer product.
Now I am stuck using an LP (my insurance only allows one) who will not help its customers and who sells old, stale MMJ. Very unimpressed, and I would not recommend this LP to anyone.
Choose another LP! This one is crap!”
