I loved everything about Farnsworth… until I left. The space is lovely and tasteful, the staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, the products high quality. Purchasing process, however, was a hot mess. Two blocks after I left, I realized part of my order was missing, so I turned around to retrieve it. Then, several hours later when I arrived home and checked my products against my invoice, I realized that two other items I had paid for were missing. One item was a product that the otherwise delightful staff person had specifically recommended for me and that I was very much looking forward to using. The other was also important to me. Hugely disappointed. Had the staff checked me out against the invoice this would not have happened. Make sure that before you leave, all your items check out against your invoice or else you might end up as unhappy as I was.

Farnsworth Fine Cannabis is an elegant dispensary featuring a well- curated array of cannabis products and accessories. Prices are fair and the selection of goods is well thought out. All staff are professional, knowledgable and very nice.

FFC was such a lovely shop! It was hard to choose from all of the awesome products on hand but I am definitely happy w my purchases. They staff was super-helpful and friendly as can be. Will certainly pop back in any time in the area :)

I attempted to pre-order and found the web-site very difficult to navigate. It would not allow me to continue shopping without going to checkout?
In any case the transaction was completed. A chirpy message told me my order was ready for pick-up. BUT when I went to pick it up there was a total lack of service. I waited at least 20 minutes to be acknowledged while I waited in line. The staff seemed to take FOREVER to process other customers. Is anyone in charge? I finally asked a young women with sparkly stripes in her hair how long I would have to wait to pick up up my PRE-ORDER...which meant she let me approach the counter while she frowned at a screen...Finally the order appeared. I asked whether there was any point in pre-ordering or whether I should even bother. She spoke some unintelligible words amounting to ??? Better never go there again was my take away.

I ordered online. My order was confirmed. When I arrived at the location my order had changed due a mistake they made that was blamed on regulations. They changed my order to add items I had not ordered and we’re going to charge me additional funds. When I depressed my displeasure they asked if I “still wanted the items.” Nobody offered any sincere apology or attempt to make good despite the fact I traveled from quite a distance. Staff seemed nice, but likely should have asked for someone higher up to speak with me. I don’t appreciate when a dispensary makes a mistake and then passes on the cost of that mistake to the consumer. Doesn’t seem like how we all want the industry to work.

First dispensary I went to, I had a ball with the staff and they was very informed on the products. Prices was fair at the same time products are perfect for me with my back and feet pain due the hours I work.
