I renewed my Medical to get Lambs Bread growing. Oregon no longer cares about OMMP and growers no longer exist for us disabled nobodies. The Sour Diesel has a hint of Lamb… I paid $40 for a $30 cart, I tip from change but I was given none. Very presumptuous the client you pawned this display on is tipping $10 as he leaves his order not filled. I left my number to call if they found more of the low quality lambs. Phone did not ring. Stealing from me is quite simple. Kindness is a bloody weakness and I am done with it. I’m gonna say what is. No further than this, train your joke employees though. If they’re trained not to give change until asked? Wrong is Wrong and we disabled see you Long trip to be ripped off. Hardly worth it

Everything seemed great untill I got home and actually checked the receipt. Bought a 1/4 of some top shelf flower on a Wednesday. My first visit. Thought you didn’t have to mention their Wednesday deal of 15% off 1/8ths or more. So I was home and realized I had lost 10 dollars and 50 cents. I paid 70 for a 1/4. How do you forget to add your own daily deals and I figured as a new customer I would of received a new customer discount or something. Nope. Don’t think I’ll be coming back this is a big deal for me. I feel I was stolen from. Company’s own daily deals and they didn’t give me it. ( given I didn’t ask for it) but that was literally the whole reason I went to this shop for the first time. Needless to say I’ll be more annoying about being one of the million other customers coming in asking about the daily deals that are usually given without asking. But at a different store.

I ordered online, chose specific items based on THC content and strain. Neither the THC content, nor the strain were correct. Now I'm stuck with some garbage with a 60% THC content, when I ordered 80%. Oh but if I want to go buy more I can get the same discount everyone else gets today. Shitty service, lies on the menu literally, and they don't even attempt to fix it. They blamed someone else. Never again. Thanks for making me pay $100 for your garbage and lies.

I loved this store until recently, points gained by checking in are useless when you wait a year for the right size to be in stock. Tons of points but cant use them on what ya want. 😕

In the short time I've been in Salem, Homegrown has become my #1 dispensary. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else.

Usually I love this place. I was not happy after my visit today. i made an order online for a cartridge online that was 88.3% in thc and they gave me a 65.9%thc after I asked 2 different times if it was the correct one at the 88.3%. I'm probably going to avoid coming here at all anymore. Communication is key and communication is shit if you don't listen to the other person.

"T" was our bartender today and he was fantastic!!! He explained everything to us in a manner we understood. He helped us get exactly what we wanted and didn't know which strains to get until he helped us. We had a exquisite experience. We will definitely be back to this location

great place in my opinion yes we have lots if shops in town but I can say hometown is one of my top 3 shops I go to and have great deals. also they have a beautiful budtender cant remember name but she is nice and thick and with a nose ring piercing

Im not huge into smoking so I really just know the basics. The lady working there, Abby took her time in explaining each strain to me and what I'd probably like best off of what I told her. She didn't make me feel rushed like most places have made me feel before. Was super nice and helpful! This is now my to go to shop!

I have been always coming to this dispensary they have really good quality bud, some amazing deals from time to time a rewards program for more deals but most of why we keep coming back is the staff they are ALWAYS great, friendly, fun, knowledgeable, and the list goes on how amazing the really are but I have to give personal shout out to these budrenders that I and my husband have dealt with personally; DAISY, TONY, COURTNEE, DREW, ZACK, AND JESUS ... have been GGGGRRREEEAAAATTTTT!!!!!

This is the only dispensary my husband and I go too and I'm telling you this is a amazing place I'm always greeted with the smile and everyone already knows my order it's ready when I get there and right now with the covid stuff I have anxiety and the staff is all staying safe and I love the new paint job this place is amazing luv ya guys the harts
