This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). I came in with my aunt who only speaks Spanish . I was a little nervous because I speak little Spanish and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to translate but an associate was able to help translate and get products we where looking for . Thank you for being so patient brandy !!Will be returning soon.

The current pandemic has caused many people to try new goods and services and I am no exception. Delivery to my home became imperative so I tried several dispensaries in Orange County, California and was okay but not impressed with any one dispensary. One dispensary may have this and another that but none of them had it all. Enter the Deli by Caliva in Bellflower, California and it has been an absolute delight! It became necessary for me to visit the location to establish an account. An account was opened and I went home with some outstanding products, as well! I have now enjoyed their delivery service three occasions and it was a flawless experience. The delivery service experience is transparent and seamless as I was well informed throughout the process in real-time!

There’s a wide variety of concentrates and flower, the prices are fair, and overall it’s just a nice experience coming in here. All I have to say is we needed something like this this place is clean awesome a lot of their stuff is reasonably priced. The staff is awesome.

The staff is awesome! I bought the wrong thing and realized it when got to my car. The manager did an exchange with no questions asked. I also asked him what would be best for my situation. He was so very helpful! I will never go anywhere else. Also the prices are awesome. And I get a senior discount which helps a lot.
