Hello I made an order today 12/30/23 my name is Richie. My son usually does all my orders due to me not knowing much about products and what I want lol I just wanted to thank REN for making my first order easy and painless. I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)

The staff is awesome! I bought the wrong thing and realized it when got to my car. The manager did an exchange with no questions asked. I also asked him what would be best for my situation. He was so very helpful! I will never go anywhere else. Also the prices are awesome. And I get a senior discount which helps a lot.
