I personally struggle with sleep, and Jocelyn took the time to listen and recommend products that actually worked for me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and completely on point. This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). I really liked the set up of the store. It looked fresh and clean. The girl helping me was really nice and knowledgeable. She put me on to a brand I hadn’t tried before and I’m glad I took her advice. That Turtle Pie smacked hard. Will be back soon for sure.
