First time visit I was impressed. I came with one product in mind. Alejandro (Alex) suggested another after a brief conversation with me. I'm so glad he did, a great tip. The entire staff was friendly from the receptionist to the bud tender. Even the security guards didn't look like they were having a bad day as most do.

Great environment, everyone who worked there was so kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. The doorman was friendly and told me exactly what to expect as a first time customer. The budtender who assisted me, Marcus, took the time to listen to my needs and educated me on the products I was interested in— not only on the effects, but differences in ingredients and how the were made. He made recommendations in every price range, he stepped away to let me browse the store alone and happily stepped in when I had any questions. From overhearing other conversations, all the budtenders seemed extremely knowledgeable and all had meaningful conversations with customers— not just sales pitches. It was refreshing and I will be back!

Good friendly staff , had a price discrepancy from an online purchase due to a glitch or something but they adjusted the price without hesitation . Excellent customer service.

Such a huge beautiful store. Even when there are lines, they move customers in quickly! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They know it all! They don’t try to upsell you or rush you. They make sure you get exactly what you need every time! The location is so clean and organized. One of my favorite shops of all time fersure!
