A gal with a similar name to me, maybe it was the same spelling or slightly different. was very helpful and knowledgeable. She tried to find the same strain I was used to, but ultimately I went with her dragon balm recommendation to alleviate the pain in my feet and back after a car accident. Sept. 13th, 2024

Tokyo Starfish is hands down my favorite shop in Bend! The prices are great, the budtenders are all extremely helpful and some of the best bud I have ever had.

The people who work at T3 are top notch. I do occasionally shop at other dispensaries but this one is my favorite because of the service and knowledgeable staff.

I really like the staff here. Good herb and nice layout. Great location too right off the parkway on the south end and lots of parking. The young guy from WA was super nice and helpful.

I've been in a couple times all the staff is completely friendly clean environment and wonderful atmosphere

I really enjoy this place amd would highly recommend. they have a really good selection in everything between flower to concentrates to edibles. the employees are very friendly and pay attention to returning customers.

This was my first time purchasing from a dispensary, so I was kinda awkward. Despite this, everyone there was super nice! At first you’ve gotta check in with proof you’re 21+, then after that you head in. They were incredibly helpful and kind, and I feel bad for seeming in a rush. Definitely worth the visit!

This truly is a gem of a dispensary. Firefly has perfected their craft and continues to exceed expectations time and again with their product. I fully appreciate the family-owned and grown aspect, as well as the family and friends-of working vibe. Every individual that has assisted me there has been incredibly personable, knowledgeable, discreet regarding patron health, and compassionate in their interactions. The gentleman that helped me today at checkout with my items is always so friendly and is also very knowledgeable of the products in the store. I also enjoy how he usually tries to suggest to sell something like today. For example, the drops you can add into your beverage. I have never heard of those before and while I didn’t have the funds with me today to purchase, those, I will be purchasing those in the future. It’s always nice to get quality products at a fair price, but it makes the experience even more special when the bartender is friendly and personable.

There are tons of shops around.lots of flash and overpriced merchandise served by pot snobs that really know nothing about their products or care about a customers needs. This is not that shop. These guys always give me great service and don't pass the expenses of their business onto their customers. Friendly and intelligent budtenders,always helpful and the only shop I buy from. If you don't come in to check them out,you wasting money on frill.

The most business-like cannabis dispensary you'll ever visit! I've been shopping at GreenMartPDX since 2020. The first thing I noticed about the place was the professional attitude of the staff. It didn't feel like a bunch of kids or stoners. The employees know their stuff and the business is serious about making money. Building on the professionalism, there's no intimidating attitude or urgency from the staff like the "Hurry up and buy something before we get robbed" feeling I've had in Portland where I start wondering if weed really WAS legalized in this universe. GreenMart's product quality is amazingly consistent, whatever quality you choose. The selection runs from budget-friendly quality to super-deluxe-executive-suite-leather-office-chair-mega high quality, and everything in between. They've definitely got something for you. The best things about this place: 1. Online orders 2. Drive Thru pickup 3. Credit Cards accepted 4. If you order something online and they don't have it, they find the most similar product and call you back to make sure it's OK to replace.

Awesome spot for out of towners and locals alike. Best selection of pre-packaged products as well as a great fresh flower wall. I send my parents here for their once in a while goodies as well as friends for regular supplies. Much love.

Super friendly staff, welcoming environment, LGBTQIA+ friendly. I keep forgetting to leave a tip, sometimes, and I feel bad about it, but the folks there are super awesome and understanding. Love this place, would absolutely recommend, and I know I'll be back again before the end of the week.

Stopped in here on our way back home to PDX…. Feliz was amazing, we were greeted at the door and welcomed in. The selection of this cannabis is all top shelf. A little pricy but that’s what you pay for good weed anyone who is a real smoker knows that. Feliz was very knowledgeable and kind, we had a great experience and will be coming again! I love coming into this store. Have been in there many times. Never felt unwelcome or rushed. The people working here are genuine and friendly. I feel like anyone who has left a negative review needs to reevaluate their own life and the scale on which they judge others. I'm so thankful I don't have to be in customer service and deal with the people who look for any and every reason to complain. Stopped in here to pick up an online order as I noticed they had a strain I had really wanted to try. The price good, the staff was very friendly and informative, the store had a cool vibe with a kind of modern rustic decor going on, and the actual product was above and beyond my expectations. Great first experience here and will be back!
