I had a positive experience with the woman at the front desk; she was very kind and helpful. After receiving my ID and paperwork back, I patiently waited for a staff member to escort me to the medical side. I was impressed by the wide range of selections available, and I found the pricing for the larger items to be quite reasonable.

This was my first visit and I found it to be a very nice store. Unfortunately, the price Leafly quoted was inaccurate as taxes WERE NOT INCLUDED as Leafly advised. I ended up paying more than I would have at the store right around the corner where I have rewards. Please update your website to reflect accurate pricing at this store. Thanks

I recently visited and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. The staff, particularly Kenny, were so kind, swift, extremely informative, and knowledgeable of the bud. Kenny took the time to answer all my questions, providing me with a wealth of information about the different products and strains available.

Good bud and good deals. I definitely recommend this place. However yesterday I picked up a 1/2 Oz and the bud tender bundled it up in 1/8ths and I didnt notice until I got home that I only had three in the bundle. I guess it's my fault for not checking before I left the store. Just make sure that everything is there before heading out guys. Still a great dispensary though!

This place is awesome! They had several choices of flower. I picked up some of their Kalamath Kush and a vape pen. The ladies there were real and very informative. Fantastic selection of product in a variety of ways to ingest Marijuana from topicals to sublingual spray & my spouses favorite vaginal suppository. Very noticeable from the street with with very close street parking. Quick, simple & efficient yet knowledgeable & talented. Been frequenting this dispensary for year+ & have never been disappointed or seen any shady inappropriate behavior here.

I've been buying my concentrates from Terrapin for quite some time. Not just this location, but also both Boulder locations, along with the Aurora locations. The 8 pack or bear pack (double bear concentrates) is where its at for value. I've never had an issue with any of my product for almost up to a year. When I had one issue with my wax, I was able to to speak with the manager of the Longmont location. He was super friendly and called me. He took care of me the very next day. He even had multiple solutions that would best suit me. This shows that Terrapin wants their guest to have an enjoyable experience and also feel you got your money's worth. I will continue to only shop at Terrapin because I value their product and they value me as a customer.
