All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.

I had a visit from the manager Gemma and I felt incredibly valued as a patient and I appreciate her management style because whenever she is there I can tell the staff is relaxed and taking their time with patients. I was shocked and in disbelief how much time Evan M, Gemma, and Alex L took to tend to me and continue to expand on informing and educating me well after my sale was complete. The staff at Columbia Care are amazing! They’re knowledgeable and have online orders ready within minutes of placing it. They’re also always properly staffed so you’re rarely in there for longer than 10 mins. Only thing I wish is that they’d expand their edibles selection.

As soon as you walk into this spot you feel comfortable and well welcomed. It's so nice on the inside. The budtenders were knowledgeable and patient. They even gave me a first-time buyers discount, which was appreciated. Oh, and they have high THC products for good prices!! Check them out!

Every time I come here, this place is absolutely phenomenal in service and an abundance of products, including temple balls. Thank you again Ben, the Papa Don Temple Ball is honestly nice to relax to, as well as a great recommendation from you. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff, Wendy was quick and attentive at the front desk. Another staff member explained to me that some of the jars for concentrate are made out of ceramic, not all, but they do exist. Every one is really polite here, we will be returning soon.
