I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.

Service was excellent. Product and prices were super. I will definitely come back and recommend to others. Melody was spot on, knowing the product, and was a big help.

The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.

Amazing staff and atmosphere! I really don't see a reason to go anywhere other than MUV anymore. I don't have to wait in long lines, and it is decently priced compared to the competition. MUV just got a shopper for life.

I have been coming to this location regularly for a little over a year now and the attention to detail, helping patients and kindness means a greay deal here. They have won my loyalty for sure!!!! My driver was awesome, very informative on the products, and super easy to talk to. Everyone on their team has been awesome, from the guy who called me to tell me that my order was under $75 and there would be a fee, had I not known I would've paid the same amount for less products. Also special shoutout to Eddie, whenever I call their Orlando location if he's in I'm talking to him. Dude is super cool, very informative, gave a awesome breakdown on the vape carts, and he needs a raise, or a promotion. Make him VP or something, dude is awesome. This is now my go-to spot.

Very nice clean store, they greet you as soon as you walk in. Didn’t have an issue finding my online orders, plus informed me of deals going on. Since I was first time buyer they also informed me of the discounts I could get (I was getting items on sale so I couldn’t add that to the checkout).

I am always amazed at the great service. I was helped today by Carly, she helped me understand the point system and saved me some money. She was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend this place for any cannabis product. Great and consistent customer service. I was just attended by Rebecca and she not only helped me identify a strain I was looking for she also made me laugh and feel very comfortable. (Thanks Rebecca, you are amazing!)
