First of all, the initial contact I made was with a SUPER kind young man named Malik, via the call center. Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. Malik really makes the process easy.I have only placed online orders twice, and both times I had the pleasure of speaking with Malik. Trust me, the professionalism is unparalleled at MUV, I would recommend calling ahead and speaking with one of these compassionate associates so they can help answer any questions you may have before you even leave your house. Malik really helped me out. LaLa is very great as well! Shot out to MUV, thank you for everything!

Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!

Had just gotten approved for my card. First place I went the following day. Very new and not totally sure what to do. I knew what issues I wanted to handle. The person (wish I could remember her name) took her time and explained things but did not overload me with too much information. Prices were cool even without the discounts and sale items offered. But that was a nice plus. Definitely going back. Thanks for the help.

So I tried the Divine Storm X Triangle Bx1 today and it’s awesome. Love the taste and satisfying. Gives instant relaxation, and doesn’t make you tired. Really hope they bring this strand permanently to the menu.

I purchase here on a regular basis "weekly* and have never had negative experience. Every representative that I have met has been courteous and informative and professional. And they do remember who you are it makes you feel comfortable coming back. All of the products delivery exactly as advertised, And sign up with them the rewards are great and the products are always affordable. I get great reviews from everyone I've refer here as well.

When you go there, make sure to ask for Jarin, one of the managers for this store. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tell them what you want and they'll do their best to get what you need. They always have different sales going on and I get a text message whenever the sale items change. This last time both my son and I got 60% off everything because it was our third time in the store. They also have other discounts, like a 25% veterans discount.

So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.

They have the highest quality and highest potency Marijauna that I have come across! They were highly recommended by a friend and patient of theres which is why I went there first! Boy am I happy I did! I have to say my friend has really good taste! I have had my card for two days and within the two days I have had it! I have visited Curaleaf, Fluent, and Trulieve! Out of all of those MUV reminds me of the extremely high quality buds that I saw out in Las Vegas in 2018! Which still happens to be the bar all other Marijauna has been judged against! The Colorado Durban is killer!

Good service and quality of products. Has been very consistent here for me. Enjoy them having visible flower for patients to see different strains. Big step above other dispensaries who don’t have some of their flower visible for patients to see. Their rso is fantastic.
