Just left Surterra after my first visit, and first I have to say that the staff was PHENOMENAL! Abigail answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Very happy with the quality of the products available and the friendliness of the staff, and I will DEFINITELY be going back.

Compared to all the other dispos in the area this one has the most quality bud sunburn has good bud but it’s expensive and not quality that I’m use to being a Colorado native. curleaf had the worst flower of them all same with Saturra. Only thing comparable is müv but there prices are way higher so this matches my quality. A lot of there strains have taste in them unlike other dispos. Very caky and fruity. Edibles hit very well . Only negative I would say is the wait time and parking but that’s palm beach for you

It is nice to have VidaCann on this side of town. Duct tape and Alaska are two of my favorite strains.

The manager well he makes the industry the way it should be. The prices are more than fair and do the trick. I like GPen vape products from here and the free pax battery was a bonus. Good people here and I nice clean store

You are the type of employee Trulieve needs to keep ahold of! I ended up grabbing 1 g of Space Age Cake Live Resin per Christopher’s request and ohhhhh man! It’s wonderful! I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

Good service and quality of products. Has been very consistent here for me. Enjoy them having visible flower for patients to see different strains. Big step above other dispensaries who don’t have some of their flower visible for patients to see. Their rso is fantastic.

I dealt with Josh, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable that is made my experience easy. He was marvelous to deal with. I highly recommend this shop and this location of it, as they have continuously been wonderful to me, which has been very helpful with my acute chronic pain.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! Trulieve is the holy land. Straight up. Strains that I grew up with in the 90s, got me hooked! I frequent the SS Estates and Jax Beach locations the most…sometimes multiple times weekly.
