I grew up in the Vegas area and finally made my way back after many years. I ended up at planet 13 at first and as great as it was it’s a huge tourist trap and the wait times are crazy. I don’t really have anything bad to say about planet 13 for what it is but if you are looking for a more chill local type environment this is your place!! Great attentive staff that wasn’t too medicated to work, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products on hand! I will be back when I’m in town!

Shana and Larry were fabulous I've only been twice but both times I had a great experience. Not only did they recommend some great sleep edibles but they answered all my questions and were so friendly. The place is clean and quiet also love that it's all displayed in glass cases so you can see what you're going to be purchasing.

The white chocolate bar is my absolute favorite. Tastes delicious and love the effects and that it doesn’t matter what time of day I want to eat some. Best chocolates around by far!

I’m an Old Head so the store thing was pretty foreign to me. The staff are quite helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Comfortable and pleasant place and peeps. Nice selection of delivery methods. I live a ways off and travel and hour plus to come here. Thanks folks.

I've been a client here pretty much since they started. I must say and this is commimg from a 25 year smoker and many many diff dispensarys. But that woman is by far one of the best there is. Always on point makes me feel comfortable always fair on top of best delivery service there can be. I'm actually waiting for then this very moment. The big chills strain is absolutely a must try Perfect time of year for that strain! The Vault is an absolute gem. Speaking as an OCG (Old Cannabis Guy), I waited over 50 years for these days of legal dispensaries and the quality of the Vault has made it worth the wait. They do it right with outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff, a consistently great variety and selection as well as extremely competitive prices. But, it is more than that which makes the Vault so special, it is the chill welcoming environment, a truly welcoming experience for people 21 to . . . well, I have encountered octogenarians there! I come to get the superflux live concentrates, Gilford assisted me, very nice and very good customer service. I’m pretty knowledgeable about concentrates as that’s mainly what I consume, The superflux brand is putting out some of the best concentrates I have found. The consistency is always there. They always have good product.
