I've been a client here pretty much since they started. I must say and this is commimg from a 25 year smoker and many many diff dispensarys. But that woman is by far one of the best there is. Always on point makes me feel comfortable always fair on top of best delivery service there can be. I'm actually waiting for then this very moment. The big chills strain is absolutely a must try Perfect time of year for that strain! Great place! Very knowledgeable, and professional. The space is clean and inviting. Plants are awesome they used to have a great selection of edibles but one of the vendors stopped producing so now they have a bit less but still have some great choices

Just had my second experience with this business after I said I wouldn't and I'm very happy about how it all turned out. I wasn't happy with a product and Jolene wanted to make sure she made it right with me even if it meant driving another 150 miles.....thank you! I overreacting and If anything I'm guilty of being a bit harsh and quick too judge and my sincerest apology. Customer service was and is excellent and would definitely do business with them again.

I live just around the corner and this proximity lulled me into taking Smooth Remedies for granted as a local small dispensary among the ever growing herd of chain dispensaries everywhere in Maine. Mistake! This place is a find, from owner young yet knowledgeable Mike, to his affordable high quality products and well organized pleasant dispensary. His alternative to so called high potency tinctures like Thc-B, or P, or now foolishly illegal O, (all bought from highly reputable on line lab tested outlet) was a generic 10mg per mL tincture which for this aged and highly experienced user was at least equally as potent for positive mood, relaxation, pain relief at the lower!! less costly of the two potencies he offers!!!

Cannabis Cured is the PERFECT NAME, and many are saying it's "almost" as PERFECT as ME, your favorite stoner and perhaps the, BEST CUSTOMER anyone has ever seen. The "name" says it all as, I bought some "Face Palm" which, CURED me of many ailments including BEING CONSCIOUS. I recommend the GARY PAYTON, though "GARY" still owes me 5 DOLLARS and a gram. The service is GREAT, and many say the, "Employees" are made of real gummies A year ago Cannabis Cured was DEAD, and now that I have invaded the store, it's HOT. As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!
