My experience here is always perfect. Great deals and they're always a sale going on. Definitely worth stopping and shopping

Loved our visit and our bud tender Avery! She was super helpful and awesome all around!

I've been there several times over the past 9 months. Great service, and welcoming environment. Mood Shine carries more Nez products and that will always keep me coming back.

The Staff is Awesome! From the girl taking your ID being Phenomenal, the Security officer being very friendly, the people behind the counter are Top Notch! Way better than any other dispensary, in my opinion.

Awesome customer service!!! Bryan decided that because it was my bday, he would treat me to a pre roll no charge. This gesture really made my bday even more happier. Thank you Bryan and the staff over at Naperville

Amazing product, and great service from the workers and Phil. Very happy with the product and deals. And got 50% off a zip for a first time purchase. Very happy

There are many offers available at the St Charles Zen Leaf. Medical Mondays is a great program. They even helped me with the process of obtaining a medical card. I visit the store weekly for medicinal cannabis. All staff is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the amazing service Raven!

I’ve been there twice and both times everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They were patient with me and explained things to me if I had questions. Definitely my new favorite shop!

The guys working September 2 were great, it was such a welcoming environment and made me feel so much more relaxed .

I walked in and they were playing the best tunes. The first and only dispensary I want to go to. I want a zen leaf hoodie. Also, banana milkshake was SUCH A GOOD STRAIN. Please allow me to review it.

I have been coming to this dispensary for over two years now and I have never had one complaint about the product or their service their staff is absolutely wonderful....nuera is the only dispensary that I shop at

Chris G is great! He is knowledgeable on all the products and gave me some very helpful advice!! Everyone here is so friendly. Highly recommend!

Always such a vast variety of amazing deals & discounts consistently switching it up with different brands and strains unlike most other dispensaries I’ve seen. When someone refers you, or vice versa, they will add an additional 20% off each individual item in your online order, even any discounted ones! Love the friendly & helpful staff and they they’re open later! By the way, to the Debbie downer who wrote the last review, don’t hate on the middleman. They have no control over any of the defective or perhaps bad quality of the items in which they receive. Take your negativity & complaints to the cultivators (companies) who distribute the products, not the dispensaries.

The customer service is excellent. I’ve been to this dispensary several times. The selection of quarter and half ounce flower is good from craft to budget there’s something for everyone. Yesterday 5/13/26 Heather, Mason, and David went above and beyond with their customer service. I will return.

Barb was hilarious!! she kept it real, and had patience of a goddess! Thank you!

I got helped by Aaron very helpful guy made it very easy for me

Customer here for years. Best prices, best selection. My wife and myself visit each week. We do our purchasing in store but love the updated content on their websites and listings to make our shopping quick.

I stopped in to grab a GM of twenty-twenty BlueNana and check out my Birthday Goodies. The budtender, Rocky made my entire day! She must’ve sensed that I could use a lift, and she warmed my heart. Thank you Thank you Thank you!

I had my gallbladder removed yesterday and my Bud tender knew exactly what to recommend for pain, relaxation, AND inflammation. After trying it, he was absolutely right!! And, it was the store's 2nd year anniversary, so he kindly offered me a couple free things, also good for pain. Thank you so much!

the store looks great! very open and inviting with great art on the wall. service was awesome and a large selection I will be back again

This was my first Ohio medicine dispensary visit, I will definitely recommend this location for the product brands I purchased. Staff was friendly informative and chill. The Product Brands I purchased definitely helped improve my quality of days until the were finished

As always, the customer service as great. Friendly and helpful.

Derek is a wonderful guy & knows what he is talking about I have nothing but good products from this place. If you have any questions ask him he's always willing to help. -Brad B
