Every time I visit Elk Mountain Trading Post in De Beque, one of the highlights is seeing and talking with Troy!! He is consistently friendly, outgoing, professional, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. His knowledge of cannabis, THC products, strains, effects, and options is impressive, but what really stands out is the way he takes the time to listen and help you find what you're looking for without ever making you feel rushed or pressured. Great customer service isn't just about knowing the products—it's about how you treat people—and this guy gets it right every single time. He's consistent, personable, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great person to deal with. I actually look forward to seeing him whenever I stop in. If you're looking for a cannabis shop where you can get knowledgeable help and be treated like a VALUED customer, Elk Mountain Trading Post is definitely worth the visit. Troy is a phenomenal budtender and an asset to the store!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they have which are A LOT, they have a huge selection of edibles. I've tried their flower in the past and honestly wasn't super impressed, I did grab an eighth of their "Downtown Boogie" sativa and was pleasantly surprised in the quality. They have come down on price a lot too, I'll definitely be stopping back in again.

My Budtender Ana was the Best! She was patient with me as this my first time in a Dispensary. Every suggestion she made was a HIT!!!

If you're a regular shopper just place an online order and pick up downstairs, upstairs is great but gets clogged up with tourists who want to ask about everything. Convenient location downtown!

I came in the store and felt so welcome. The person waiting on me gave me 100% of his attention, I think his name was Matt, and he explained about the best strains for my money. I left with a lot more weed than expected, and am very happy with my purchase. Will go back for sure.

The Kind Room is the perfect dispensary. It’s locally owned and operated with the best staff and the best flower in Denver for sure. It’s the place I go when I want bomb, quality flower. Honestly, it’s the only flower I’ll smoke if I have a choice. The women who work there are like your best stoner girlfriends and sometimes I wish I could stay and have a sesh with them and do arts and crafts. Their new growers at SPCY are soil scientists so I know I’m not getting any yucky pesticides or herbicides. I’m a daily consumer, and their products are the only ones I have in my stash jars. Also, they have The Women’s Bean Project non”medicated” snacks for sale! 6/5 stars y’all

OMG! My wife and I went to this location, and the experience was amazing! Upon walking into the location, we shared a quick laugh with the security guard, and we were quickly taken to the back. Our budtender, Claire, was great! Her customer service was five star, and I would suggest this location to all of my out of town friends. I'll be back to this location, again.

My experience there is always stellar. Quality products that are well stocked. If they’re out of anything, they get it in, in no time. Staff is professional and friendly. And their mascot, “Milo”, is the cutest. The shop is also VERY CLEAN. Which means a lot. Their happy hour is great, as well as their loyalty rewards program.
