These guys are incredible, truly the best customer service I've had in 20 years. There was a issue outside of their control and I reached out about it. That same day, I get a call that leads to the manager Toby. Both he and the customer service rep were wonderful. Toby was SO phenomenally kind, funny, genuine and knowledgeable it blew me away. He made things more than right and was generous beyond what I've ever experienced. He offered me great advice and expanded my knowledge of the products too, using his own personal experience to connect with me. So honestly, this is the only dispensary I'll be using moving forward. I recently visited and I was blown away by the exceptional service I received. The staff, particularly Kenny, were so kind, swift, extremely informative, and knowledgeable of the bud. Kenny took the time to answer all my questions, providing me with a wealth of information about the different products and strains available.

Went back in 2016 and would definitely go again. Great staff, friendly atmosphere and excellent product. I'd definitely recommend that you go to Lodo Wellness Center if you're in Denver. It was a great experience. They had excellent flower and pre-rolls. I'll be coming back when I'm in Colorado again.
