All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.

Called them up right at ten i bought and ounce and a brand new pipe. The guy was here in like 20 minutes....real good product with a lotta variety :) came right to my stoop had a nice little bag of goodies just like takeout mmhhhmmmmm lucky dawgz 2025 twiggy out

The store has nice ambiance and a convenient menu. The employees were friendly, and when I looked lost browsing, Heather helped me choose a new product, which turned out to be a great fit for me. Overall, great customer service and inviting atmosphere.

JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. So medical customers are required by MD law to be prioritized by all dispensaries. They are doing what they are supposed to- making this comment based on another review. But I’ve been going to this place for several years. Their staff is knowledgeable and very helpful in making recommendations based on your needs if you have pain, problems sleeping, anxiety, or just based on your past history. They’re so kind from the front door to the way out. This is my go to after trying several places.

I do the drive thru always moves smoothly. Windows are dark so I can’t see who I deal with each time but whoever it happens to be they are always very friendly.
