The Affinity Medical Dispensary is by far the best MEDICAL dispensary in the area. The vibe at Affinity is amazing. When you walk in and are greeted (by the OG Greeter, IMO) of Affinity... ...he just sets up a good vibe right away, The Bud Tenders (Are we still calling them that? LOL) are amazing. Educated about the product, do not rush or pressure you, very professional. ...and at the same time, they are creating a great vibe/experience for everyone. - PERKS, PERKS, PERKS - As a patient you get the most incredible perks, deals... etc. Carry some amazing glass pieces. I only got to go here once years ago, but it's a memory that's stuck with me! :) it's a great place, atmosphere and friendly environment. They really made all people feel welcomed. They were able to help me find a great price (I get Disability Discount in MD and since I couldn't use it there they still helped me find a excellent deal!!!). The manager was a great guy, I think he was actually the establishment owner. Great guy! I got a strawberry glass piece form this place. I will have to come back when I visit the area again. It's never left my mind! I recommend!!!

Jim buddy’s is a great small business. I have gone in for a number of different products since they opened and never had a bad experience. Everyone is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the items they carry. If you ask for their opinion you get an honest answer. They have a wide selection of products for nicotine, flower, and concentrate including the nicotine, flower and concentrate itself. The prices are competitive and this is one of very few stores I prefer to go to in person over online but you can also order online but you will be missing out on the friendly informative staff. I absolutely recommend this to everyone it’s where my dad and boyfriend go for their vaping needs.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.
