I've been here a couple of times, shopping here is a great experience. They are efficient and very friendly, with really great quality products.

I admire Mark's drive to help heal. My saying is that even people who just use cannabis to "get high" are still getting the medicinal benefits. The quality is always great regardless of the tiers. And the ability for all to find a price point that can help them. The staff are amazing, keeping true to what "customer service" used to be. They're all passionate about what they do and take pride in helping others. So grateful they're around and able to visit from another state. The location on Georgia Ave NW is easy to find, the staff walked me through the options since I’m coming across the border, and the products are fresh and potent. Tanisha was my budtender today and she was fantastic. She offered me a better deal (larger quantity) on my favorite product but I buy in smaller quantities in order to limit how much I smoke. I really appreciated her advice, her friendliness and professionalism. I've never had a negative experience at Story so the ones I've read are puzzling. Maybe it's time to look in the mirror, folks!
