Customer service is exceptional! I always feel like a friend rather than just a customer. Highly knowledgeable on the products. I order on line and my order is always ready to go when I arrive. I've been to the other dispensaries in Ironwood and this is the best!

There is Great friendly staff. The ginger hair girl at the check In counter is super friendly and cute. She is always welcoming you with a smile and got professionalism . One of the absolute best dispensaries I've ever been too. Of course I support my local dispensary but I've been to a few around and in Pittsburgh as well. Brad and Michelle helped me through one of the worst days of my life. i deal with extremely bad social anxiety and they had some idiot working the door (thank God I never saw him again after that day) that had a nasty attitude and wasn't paying attention to his job which put me in a total panic attack Both Brad and Michelle made it a priority that I was on and helped me breathe thru it. Both even gave me hugs which I desperately needed that day. The overall cool, calm, and kindness from all the employees makes anyone feel welcome... like you've known them for years. Love them all!

10/10 dispensary. People are great (employees) Management is competent which is RARE. Good leadership reflects happy workers. Products are fantastic, once in a blue moon you'll get a bad batch of SOMETHING. They make everything easy breezy! Ask questions! Be open!

This dispensary is a hidden gem! I appreciate that the exterior doesn’t scream “WEED!!!” I find their prices to be significantly lower than at other dispensaries. I can’t wait until they start selling their merch. I definitely want one of those Lake Daze t-shirts. Their team was really knowledgeable and helped me pick out a few items. I guess you can say I’m a fan.

I usually go to Michigan dispensaries, but my visit to Mission was by far one of the best in Illinois. Great customer service, wide selection of products, and a great VIBE!!

Parking lot is small but security has your back and will get you in and out. You can get great weed lots of places but this store has a vibe. All the employees are great. Literally made me feel like I was out shopping with extended family. Got some great deals and had a blast too. Thanks guys!
