Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! If you are stopping in, definitely ask for Amy; she makes the whole experience a 10/10.

great place, have been to dispensaries in fla., mich., tons in ohio, these guys are the best. dont know how they can be so nice close to closing. very well informed. if you have not tried them yet, you are missing out. i live in mansfield ohio, we have one, not as good.

there website leaves alot to be desired. but people especially LES is very knowledgeable and trys to get me the best deal.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. I asked for Corey Peterson to be my bud tender. He has worked with me for four years. Thank God he went to college and understands pain. The store is very friendly and clean. Could not be happier.

The staff at this location have been super helpful with recommendations and teaching me about the basics of cannabis. Love visiting here! Wish it was a bit cheaper, otherwise I love this dispensary!

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

Every time I drop in, it’s like coming home. Staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Pricing and availability of a variety of products and delivery systems are consistent and affordable. The specials, “clear the vault” offerings, and repeat customer discounts are more reasons to keep visiting. Damian was my first contact, and cemented my loyalty and continued patronage with his professionalism and kindness. Run, don’t walk, to Akron’s best dispensary!!

Just found this place about a month or two ago and we’ve been there a few times now. They are new to the area and haven’t been open long. Great staff and friendly atmosphere. They have a good catalog of product and it seems to be growing. We will definitely keep them as one of our go to locations.

REALLY knowledgable employees. Nice waiting room. They got a menu of their website you can browse, but I definitely suggest looking at their menu BEFORE you go.

I've been shopping here since they opened. The customer service has always been amazing. They carry the best top shelf brands as well as the best budget brands in the state and have made great improvements to their process and store. 10/10. Dont listen to these other reviews..they've consistently been one of the best in northeast ohio from my experience.

I am an older gentleman, retired now. I was curious to see a dispensary as I had never been in one. I had been to a couple of shops giving a ride to a friend but never went inside. I looked up Debbie's Dispensary on Google & since we had beautiful weather here one day, I decided to take a Road Trip to check it out. I was greeted by a nice young lady & a friendly fellow. Went in the back with him, very secure. I knew what I wanted [some edibles]. I had looked up their inventory from their helpful website. Very polite folks there, courteous & professional. The prices were lower than what I thought they would be. Another gentleman helped me out to my van which I greatly appreciated. All in all, a GREAT experience. Next time I go I think I'll bring them some cookies as a 'Thank You'.

Certified company does a very great job with customer service/ care for their customers. Their buildings are always sweet with artwork, colorful designs, awesome they remodel, old restaurants. And the quality of their house flower is spot on for the Ohio market, great strains, good prices & deals. Budtenders know there flower and can help. Come back again

more whiners on here, just like google. plan ahead kids. who else has a drive thru? none i've seen. don't expect to zip thru the drive thru at rush hours/lunch, or a half hour before they close. i believe they are open later than most dispensaries also, so the later you wait the less options you have.

Huge open place. Fast to get in. Super nice budtender. The only thing was the place was like completely empty? I wonder why. It’s in a decent spot. Nice parking. Awesome product. Oh well that just means a nice hidden gem for me !
