I have been a customer of verilife since they opened in Amherst. I really like all of the staff as they are all fantastic customer service reps. They are knowledgeable about the products and how I can get the best medicine for me. As well as pointing out the deals available. The availability of affordable products is becoming extremely limited with variety and cost when it comes to the concentrates though. I am hoping that soon verilife will bring them back because it's getting difficult to drive 8 1/2 miles for extremely expensive concentrates. Another big issue I have with the company itself is the lack of compassion and support for their employees. The employees are the ones who make the company because without them the company would crumble before their eyes. Employees deserve to be treated fairly, with compassion and empathy. Employees deserve to benefit when the company benefits. They deserve a comfortable and relaxing workplace environment. The employees need and deserve standing mats that prevents foot and back pain from standing on concrete for long periods of time. The employees also deserve chairs that provide comfort and maneuverablility in order for them to do well in their job. It has been scientifically proven that the better the company treats its employees the more productive and dedicated to the company they are. So Verilife please get it together and value your employees. Treat your employees with empathy, compassion and kindness. When you treat your employees this way you will keep your employees long term and prevent the revolving door. Erica the security guard greeted me today. She is so nice and really made me feel welcomed. Coco was my budtender. She is always so friendly and kind. She is patient and always has solid suggestions. Awesome daily deals and great rewards program too. Highly recommend. 5 Stars!

Everything about this place is awesome. I used to go to a dispensary in E Amherst and it was so inconvenient and so much more of a process every time I went. This one had a personal appeal, i told them what i was looking for and she showed me exactly what I was looking for. It's my new dispensary of choice

I called first and they were helpful in letting me know the difference with medical and regular dispensaries which was very nice of whom I spoke with. Cane in. And my cashier Karisa M. Was very helpful, polite. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted and also saved me some headaches by telling me to get a fernway indica vape for sleeping help compared to a worse brand. She didn't need to go out if her way. But she did. Like everyone there has for me when I have visited. Thank you. Karisa!

It was the first time in a dispensary where I encountered a very friendly clerk with abundant knowledge. Her name is Julissa. I had a lot of questions to figure out the strain and the dosage for my issues. She was great at picking the right one for me. It is farther away, but I will return here for my medical marijuana needs. Thank you, Julissa; you should get a raise!

Don't know who helped me but was there on 12 17 2025 and the Lady working the front desk was amazingly nice and made the second time there better so was the bud tender whom helped me skinny guy but had an issue with my purchase u said I could return later cuse im out of the area I figured put the prob the mkx 3g geeko has a small plug in the mouth piece that the box does not say to remove but after getting the plug out and hitting it the product is amazing ( and yes im stoned writong this)

I am giving a shout out to the nicest young lady who was my cashier...her name is Haley. This was my first time at a dispensary and I was made to feel very comfortable. Everything was explained to me in detail. The "store" itself was very clean and the entire experience from beginning to end was very informative and pleasurable. If it were possible, I would give this dispensary five stars!

Great experience here. I always come for the skywalker flower here at the westmont location. They always have it in stock and overall the employees are great. Will be my go to place to get my skywalker and carts. 10/10

First off i just wanna say i loveee this establishment i have yet to experience anything less than great customer service from everyone. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being serviced by Deanna and just like our past interactions she was a pleasure and had me dying laughing.
