First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

Now you have to be a little careful of Travis he's the store manager he's a real die hard Lions (lying fans ) fan so make sure you wear all your packer gear he loves that. I only got to go here once years ago, but it's a memory that's stuck with me! :) it's a great place, atmosphere and friendly environment. They really made all people feel welcomed. They were able to help me find a great price (I get Disability Discount in MD and since I couldn't use it there they still helped me find a excellent deal!!!). The manager was a great guy, I think he was actually the establishment owner. Great guy! I got a strawberry glass piece form this place. I will have to come back when I visit the area again. It's never left my mind! I recommend!!!

Glad I was helped by Gigi, who was great at guiding me towards the product that would best serve my needs! She was able to give me so much information about the options available, and I had a lot of questions! Super personable, and made me feel comfortable asking and knew so much,i could tell she did her research and really wanted to help patients find what works for them, and teach them why. She was really knowledgeable about terpenes and their effects working with her helped me find some good strains for me. I used to think it was all about the THC content, but it turns out the terpenes can carry many beneficial effects and what you select can really impact your experience. If you go to Beyond Hello, ask for Gigi she was great and knew her stuff!
