usually I hate writing negative reviews but this isn't just for this dispo. This should be brought to the attention of all dispo's. I usually am happy with my shakes......that is if it's Shake. Shake to me is tiny pieces of bud or the hairs and I expect some leaf. Now everyone should know the difference between Shake and trim. Trim being mainly leafs and some stems, some pieces of bud and hairs. Now when you say oz of Shake please make sure it's Shake and not trim, because what I got tonight was straight trim

The first time I went to dark matter cannabis in hobbs..nm.. I was greeting by Roxie.. She was very helpful in what I needed and she was very knowledgeable about product.. And she had very good customer service .. Appreciate my visit to the store I like the atmosphere

These people are wonderful, very welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. The budtenders are exceptional and hip individuals that have all only ever treated me with the utmost importance and respect as a customer/patient. Including on my worst days or after I've been cleaning or bathing the dog they are still as courteous as can be. They are appreciative of their clientele and express this with great products and prices. Earlier and later hours are a plus and they even have great sales and have customer appreciation days with barbeques, music, swag and more sales. Often they have a food drive to help with community challenges and awareness. Which I think is again exceptional as well as inspirational and phenomenal. We love this place! Everyone is really nice. We’ve never had a problem here. The atmosphere is relaxed and the team is very helpful, especially the manager. They are able to laugh and joke with us which I find refreshing and relaxing. They also have the best selection in town. They always wear gloves when measuring out the cannabis and use safety precautions. Products are good, we haven’t been let down like at the other dispensaries. This dispensary is the best in town.

The fact that Jesse is very knowledgeable about every strain and product in his shop, his prices are almost unbeatable, and I’m never disappointed with any of the product. 10 out of 10 I recommend anyone looking for the best dispensary did I mention that he has won several awards It’s a reason why get in there and shop.
