I love this place, I have tried many other places, cookie has the best deals and always has what I want. Always friendly and helpful and very clean. When I walk in. The people that work there, make you feel welcome. Answer all your questions.. just love it.. I have Severe Anxiety, The medication the doctor put me on. Messed me up. I wasn’t myself, so many side effects. So a friend told me about cookie, they helped me, I feel so so much. I’m off the medication the doctor put me on. I only go to cookie to get my medicine. I found my spouses favorite strain here (Point Break) in a jar of pre-rolls from Phat Panda. A little pricey, but it was an entire oz which was phenomenal

All of the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The budtenders are more than happy to share their experiences and mini reviews of taste with different strains and are prepared to make recommendations on the spot. They are always getting new inventory and also the returning favorites, and running out of weed is almost something to look forward to so I can return and experience their customer service again.

They hire only the best people to help you on your stoner journey, I'm a frequent flier and have convinced all of my friends to try their products (they all give thumbs up!). They aren't the closest store but I still drive the extra 20 minutes for the environment and quality of product. Their deals are insane and having an account is way more than worth the effort of standing there telling someone your name and number.... which is so nerve-wracking. Love these people, love their store, also there are some bomb ass munchies right next door.

I love the staff at both Pasco and Finely, I’ve been with this store since 2017, they’ve never let me down, they are an amazing company, they really care and give back to our community too!

As a long-time medical patient, and having experience with different types of dispensaries, I felt very welcome by all staff members. The dispensary is very open, organized and clean. Pricing for products seem reasonable. Dionte, the budtender assisting me, was able to verify my identity; provide Medical consultation; was very knowledgeable on products (DOH certified or non-DOH certified); and checked me out at the end. I’ve been going to this Have a Heart for 2 years now and i Love it EVERY time I’m always greeted by big happy guys that for great at their jobs, and also are welcoming and have even been helpful with different product information. The products are displayed perfect very bright and arranged so I am able to get a clear view. Sometimes the wait is a minute but that’s only because the bud tenders are doing a great job at answering any questions and helping customers find the products they will enjoy. I always leave there with a smile. And I am always happy with what I buy.
