I love this place. always have. but this year I was really disappointed with the prices of the clones. I also heard from others in the area the clones had some aphids and stuff and lo and behold I am seeing yellow eggs under my leaves today. the kind people inside the store did however hook me up with good advice in a product to help control the pests. and it's worked out good so far. just have to mention the pricing being 36 dollars each feels awful bad when the clones aren't even pest free.

I love coming into this store. Have been in there many times. Never felt unwelcome or rushed. The people working here are genuine and friendly. I feel like anyone who has left a negative review needs to reevaluate their own life and the scale on which they judge others. I'm so thankful I don't have to be in customer service and deal with the people who look for any and every reason to complain. Stopped in here on our way back home to PDX…. Feliz was amazing, we were greeted at the door and welcomed in. The selection of this cannabis is all top shelf. A little pricy but that’s what you pay for good weed anyone who is a real smoker knows that. Feliz was very knowledgeable and kind, we had a great experience and will be coming again! Give her a raise!!

Absolutely the best dispensary in America. Second place is not even playing the same sport, let alone in the same league. I visit my sister in this amazing small town, and get the absolute best quality products for amazing deals every single time. They have a mix and match policy by tier. Want 6 different strains for your top shelf ounce? They charge you the same unit price. Need a 25 dollar OZ? They never let you down. Real talk, I have been to most states and most of the go-to places. Oregon is the best state, House of Dank is the best dispensary. (Higher Elevation in Bend is second place)

This place is great! Very friendly staff. Clean store. Tall guy with the biggest smile ever greeted us! I think it was the supervisors or manager. Definitely great team, nice setup, and decent prices.

This is the closest shop to my house so to say I frequent this place a lot is an understatement. The decor is so welcoming, there's a really cool stone wall, and a mural as you leave. You can find friendly staff here that always have great recommendations to meet or exceed my expectations. I also enjoy the variety of products and knowing I can always get a deal with the daily deals or my points!

Very friendly. I’m from out of state, so I wasn’t sure of the process and the woman who answered was easy to talk with and helped me. Delivery was prompt. HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of happy hour! Really helped me enjoy my vacation and appreciate the nature trails here. 10/10

What a beautiful store!!! Each product was beautifully displayed, it’s all easy to see, which make choosing products to simple! Valerie was our budtender and she navigates us through a lot of amazing high quality flower and extracts with ease! I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

Idk what y’all are saying about the staff. Sure you have to wait a few minutes to get some help when they’re busy, but that’s mostly because they give customers their full attention. Which is good, because they’re selling something that can be very personal, given it's effects. Both the guys and the girls I’ve had help me out were very nice, and took what I was looking for to heart and offered their best strains it. The atmosphere is clean and modern, and also sans strobe/flashing lights (thank god) but with varying music (rap, alternative, ect). The quality, so far, has been great.

My wife is critically ill. I have been driving these guys crazy running down the right strains for her multiple conditions. I go to only two weed stores and this is one of them. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I absolutely love this place.
