The gentleman that helped me today at checkout with my items is always so friendly and is also very knowledgeable of the products in the store. I also enjoy how he usually tries to suggest to sell something like today. For example, the drops you can add into your beverage. I have never heard of those before and while I didn’t have the funds with me today to purchase, those, I will be purchasing those in the future. It’s always nice to get quality products at a fair price, but it makes the experience even more special when the bartender is friendly and personable.

When I used to live in Alameda, this would be my go to shop. Super friendly staff, great service and knowledge of everything on display. Anytime I head back to Alameda, I’ll be stopping here for sure. And their merch is super cute

Wow, wow, wow! D’Ann went above and beyond to help me out. Even though Elevated didn’t have my strain, they made sure I didn’t walk away unhappy. This level of friendly service is simply unmatched anywhere else in the bay. Highly recommend, especially if D’Ann is behind the counter!

Visiting from Washington and was very impressed with this store. The staff helped explain local laws and were very nice about it. The store was beautiful with great product quality as well. Will be back next time I'm in town.

I think this is a great dispensary! I will let people who are interested in seeing a Leafly menu know this much: There is a TON of excellent flower, oils, cartridges at amazing range of prices! There is even right now a strain of bud they have that is over 35% THC!!! (I didn't try though) I am a medical customer so the prices I am mentioning are medical. There are Ounces priced $25/$50/$75/$100. Also there are several 'tiers' of all really top quality flower as well. They have the most cartridges in any one store I have seen in awhile, with excellent price ranges. Though they may not have a Leafly menu; their hours are posted and I recommend you stop in and find yourself A) Some great deals on excellent product, B) Super friendly budtenders, C) mellow 'ma - and pa' kinda atmosphere that is neither pushy or trendy. The Drain La Mota is a great place to shop. They have a diverse knowledge of cannabis and along with that they remember what we like and always recommend items that they know will suit our tastes. Pound for pound the best customer experience in Florence. Knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. Comparable products and competitive pricing. Much better consistency across the board over competitors. Overall, it's not worth wasting time, energy, or resources going elsewhere. I've learned that the long time local business is family owned and operated and it really shows in the care and thoughtfulness they demonstrate with their customers especially with elderly people who have more specialized needs.

When I went to visit Weed Again, it was a great experience. My first impression walking is was giving a chill vibe. My bud tender Glenn was VERY VERY knowledgeable about every product I asked about and that shows how much he knows about the product in that store, which doesn’t happen with most bud tenders I run into at other shops. Glenn’s energy and customer service was dead on and helping me understand what I was buying and what effect it gives. Very polite and professional and I will DEFINITELY be back for more product and to visit my bud tender Glenn. Overall, great staff!!! Thanks Weed Again.

The best prices for great weed that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to exactly ONE very slightly cheaper one (like, by a few dollars), but the weed wasn’t as good. Everywhere else in Florence is far more expensive for the same stuff. I’m one to think everything is expensive, so when I see something that’s comparatively inexpensive AND it’s good? That’s awesome. Plus, they’ll usually help you find more bang for your buck (there are deals all the time). The service is great. Everyone there is kind, asks how I am, remembers what type of thing I like (“Why aren’t you dabbing anymore?” “I think you’ll really like this flower.”), asks about my family, just, like... all things that make me feel like they’re your friends. I have severe social anxiety and it’s pretty much the only place where I can talk to people on my own, AND without feeling judged. I’ve been going here for over a year and a half, and everything’s been so great with them that the only time I buy from other places is when I’m in Eugene and it can’t wait. Overall, very impressed. Have always been impressed with them and will continue to go here for years to come.
