First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

Glad I was helped by Gigi, who was great at guiding me towards the product that would best serve my needs! She was able to give me so much information about the options available, and I had a lot of questions! Super personable, and made me feel comfortable asking and knew so much,i could tell she did her research and really wanted to help patients find what works for them, and teach them why. She was really knowledgeable about terpenes and their effects working with her helped me find some good strains for me. I used to think it was all about the THC content, but it turns out the terpenes can carry many beneficial effects and what you select can really impact your experience. If you go to Beyond Hello, ask for Gigi she was great and knew her stuff!

I pass about 4-5 dispensaries on my way to Rise and this is one of the only dispensaries that I shop with now due to the staff, quality and the pricing! The recent transformation at the KOP location makes you want to keep coming back. I love the history of cannabis that is illustrated on the walls and also admire Teagan, Lauren and the guys at Rise for ALWAYS being so pleasant, professional and courteous. I drove past and was surprised to see a new dispensary before Christmas. I was heading on a long road trip and needed a good battery pack for my carts and instead of selling me a $10 piece of junk, they had shown me a selection of packs to choose from and offered their opinions. I ended up buying one of the more expensive batteries and I absolutely LOVE IT! It's a "Vessel"? and it has different heat settings (unlike the random $10 one the other dispensary sold me) and even shuts itself off when not in use. I also haven't burned any oil. While I was there I took a quick look at their menu and saw strains that I haven't been able to find in a year or so. I am excited to go back & shop their menu!

They had a really cool band Vanylla Godzylla perform as well as other artists and great vendors! Amazing atmosphere anytime I'm here.

Great prices!!! I was able to get Chocolates for 10$ a 100mg compared to 25$ for the same at other locations. Very pleased. They often have great sales and promos. The staff is friendly. I'd recommend this to all medical patients trying to save money, as our health is already expensive on top of this form of medication. And my recreational friends too. There is something for everyone here !!!

I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I love it at Elkins Park. Being a newbie I was nervous. They made me feel comfortable and safe. Not knowing exactly what to get I found Staci to be very friendly and helpful. She broke it all down to me so I could understand what to get. She also made recommendations that were always good. She goes above and beyond getting me a chair to sit being disabled.
