I was new to Colorado in 2015. I went into a Green Solution store and was highly dissapointed. Some weed called Mothers Milk was gross. So i went to Northern Lights. It was Northern Lights back then not LOVA. I liked the shop and people. Bought 1/4 Oz. All their buds are in big glass jars like the shops I knew in Cali. I seldom go anywhere else. Great prices and real nice, knowledgeable budtenders. Joshua is a great guy to everyone. I love the people who work there. They know cannabis and are kind people. They upgraded the dispensary lately too and it looks great. You can not go wrong shopping at LOVA. All concentrates and edibles too. Check them out. They have this stoners business and my trust.

Place is always clean. People working are nice every time i come there.. Lines are very short.. Now product is off the chain.. I go 2 or 3 times for every 7 days.. The tenders are very nice helpful.. Hell one makes me feel very welcome she sings my name every time i go.. Asks about wife and fur babies each time. Sucks that i dont remember her name. I will get it next time

I was so impressed by my first bud tender, Andy and my next one, Ty. They were very kind and knowledgeable and walked us thru the list of items we were interested in. When we got home, I thought there were a couple of items missing from my sealed bag. I called the number and was so pleasantly surprised when Lera called me back within 30 minutes! I gave her my receipt number and told her that I was certain it was just an oversight and that no foul play had happened. (We had a confusing order!) Anyhow, I checked my receipt against my product and I was not charged for the items not in the bag! It was my bad. I called them back to tell them and, again, they called me right back. I apologized for the confusion and they were very gracious. Our experience at Planet 13 was positive from them moment we walked in until after the transaction...and the products were amazing. I love this place.

This spot show's professionalism some times the leaf be hard but the service is fuego. .more importantly my guy Mike was very attentive had mad info on product. Great budtender I come back because of him and the Asian girl the front counter always cheerful and in a good mood I'm sorry I don't know her name.shorty mad chill.

Hello, I came in sometime during the A m hours .& Was Greeted by some really nice staff..and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Mathew whom seemed very knowledgeable and polite. I will be back here the next time I am in Vegas for sure.

Great environment excellent bud tenders especially my boy Anthony!! Me and my wife came in from Ohio and Anthony was very informative and very helpful . Btw we visited twice when we were on vacation. Went to Vegas on vacation and needed to pick up. We went to the big place Area 51 but it was a lot of over priced pot and nothing really stick out. Our next stop was Nevada wellness because they’re the only black owned dispensary in Nevada and it did not disappoint. The prices were great and they throw us a bunch of free product. I don’t mind spending too money on pot as long as it makes sense and they made sense. The staff was great and I think it was one of the owners we met who was also very kind. We’ll only go there now when in town.

No point in going anywhere else. Highest quality at great price. Seed to sale!
