I have been a loyal customer for years and I've always had a great experience from all of the staff members. My last visit was about 2 weeks ago and I was assisted by Alissa. She was courteous, patient and professional and I wanted to give her a shout out on a stellar job.

The ER is always awesome! I went to the other dispensary across the street from the ER, A Cut Below?, a HUGE MISTAKE.

A little surprised all 3 stores including this one had amazing service . They got me signed up so fast and hooked me up with starter bud as a sight bonus. Took tons of time with me and I will be definitely coming back.

Staff is super helpful when I've come in and called :) Mitchael set me up on my first visit and had me out the door super quick. I'd recommend to anyone in the springs.

You CAN NOT find better flower in the Springs especially for the price! All BIG buds, super sticky and stanky!!! Especially the glue, og18 and UK cheese! Paul is cool as a fan, always a pleasure doing business here and always leave knowing I’ve got some straight fire I’m about to smoke!!! Great prices on edibles too!!!!! Anyone that leaves a bad review on here is 100% full of shit and I bet their real name is Chad or Karen :P I’m a hardcore bud smoker have been for many many years, this place is it man….trust me!!!

On February 15 my wife and I happened to come in at Happy Hour and had the most wonderful visit with the Budtender of Budtenders, Jay. She was so enjoyable & totally made our drive from Henderson WAY worth it! I also really loved talking terps & strains with her. As a first-time red card holder in Colorado Springs, I recently had the opportunity to visit a medical marijuana dispensary and was blown away by my experience at this particular dispensary. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff Chris and Amber who were eager to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products to meet my needs. The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for. As a concentrate enthusiast, I highly recommend Sano Gardens. Never tried them before shopping here & was impressed by the quality. As for flower, their Veritas line had the biggest, frostiest & stanky nugs...makes for a tough choice!

Never had a bad experience with this business! The staff is excellent, the selection is vast and always stocked. They’ve made some new additions to their team recently and everyone has been great! But to mention the old reliables, Joe is almost always my delivery driver and keeps great communication beforehand! I’ve had a couple issues with their card machine not liking my house, and I really appreciate the patience Joe has shown while I’m trying to figure it out. This dispensary has a forever customer in me!!

Omg the BEST MEDICINE I have found here in the Springs and surrounding area.even better than in Denver. Oh yeah baby. And all the staff members are so awesome and amazing. I appreciate them all especially evening staff. Them gentlemen and ladies are superb. I drive across town from the west side to the south east side to get this medicine.
