However, although the establishment is effectively providing quality inventory, one such provider does not completely comply with JOVA standards. SunMed is the culprit as in poorly trimmed product. Could use more trimming of dead leaves… seems like profit over quality!

Within about 5–10 minutes, I felt a calm, cozy sensation starting in my chest and slowly spreading through my body as a light tingling. My heart rate picked up just a bit at first, but it stayed comfortable and settled down quickly. Body Effects: This is where Shockoe Glow really stands out. It made it easy to notice and relax tension in areas where I usually feel tight, like my shoulders and joints. Stretching and moving felt good, and my body just felt more “open” and responsive. Physical sensation was noticeably enhanced, especially once I got comfortable. Mental Effects: Mentally, this stayed very balanced. Amy at Zen Leaf is hands down the best part of the experience. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries, but the customer service I get from Amy is on an entirely different level. She is incredibly knowledgeable, knows the menu inside and out, and always gives the absolute best recommendations. She is patient, genuinely friendly, and takes the time to make sure you find exactly what you need. It is so rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does, and she clearly takes massive pride in her work. Absolute rockstar employee—Zen Leaf is incredibly lucky to have her! If you are stopping in, definitely ask for Amy; she makes the whole experience a 10/10.

This location has an extremely welcoming staff. I’ve been to the other locations and this one is the only one in Tidewater I use because the staff here knows what’s up. They will remember who you are, what you like, help you with the app so you get the best price, and tell you when your favorite is on sale. They’ll help you setup the reward app, and most importantly, they will help you make the right decision about what to get. And believe me you want the right thing, this isn’t the cannabis you’re used to from the street. I’m super impressed with all the employees and everything Ive enjoyed from Zen Lead Norfolk.

Sorry, unable to edit my prior review. I was not overcharged or deceived. The receipt was confusing, the itemized column added up to the correct final total not the subtotal. It is just an odd accounting thing probably to make sure NYS gets their piece of the action. Wonder how many customers have been confused by this. I figured it out before I went to inquire. So fortunately I didn't make an donkey out of my self. We're cool

This is the place I go back to over and over, I've tried many from Portland, Me to all parts of New Hampshire and this place is the top. The gummies are full spectrum and 10mg here is like 20mg at the other shops. The staff are excellent, the place has a warm vibe, not sterile like some places can be. The lab appears to be in the back and you can see some of their workings through large glass observation windows. I drive way out of my way to come here, and you should, too.
