One of the coolest and well run dispensaries in the area. Friendly service and knowledgeable budtenders whenever you ask for help. Always stocked up with some of the best brands around. Glad to have Theorem as my local shop.

Very knowledgeable staff, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. My new go to dispensary for sure. I live in Lynnwood and use public transportation and this location is much more accessible and preferable than the dispensaries south of me.

Great shop! I always drive out of my way to get to this shop for its great deals. The budtenders are always friendly and helpful. The store occasionally has vendors in that give out free samples.

Recommend visiting. Lovely location and has a great view of the Bay Area and is connected to a nature trail. Can not wait for Covid to improve so that we can use their patio deck area and enjoy a joint while looking at the water. Fun place to visit. Good prices. Quite literally the chillest but most dedicated spot in town. No corporate bs just good people sellin good weed. They always have a great attitude & a shared passion for what they do, which was especially shown today by one of their bud tenders named Isaiah. Man went out of his way multiple times to show me options based on what I wanted to buy, finally digging into the case to find the exact strain in a little 2 joint 2 gram care package. Always so grateful to come here & enjoy this level of service because tokers or chewers of any kind & of any high profile (even my experimental yet picky weed ocd self) find something every time.

Bright green exterior makes it really easy to see, even in typical PNW weather. Best selection of pre rolls I've seen so far. Budtenders seem really knowledgeable and eager to help you find what you need. Dude with the beard told me about a CBD stick I hadn't seen before for back cramping. Highly recommend if you're in South Everett or just coming off the 5/405.

I love this dispensary and the employees! Garret is absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable and cares about the quality of the product he sells. I never worry about what I’m putting into my body knowing Garret cares about supporting growers whom stick with natural ways of growing. The service you receive is unmatched to any other dispensary and they are truly like family to me and I literally do not go to any other dispensary. Just moved here from Texas and this little shop is right down the road from me. The staff here have been nothing but welcoming and knowledgeable as I adjust to this new "Legal" life lol. Shout out to Graham! Big fan of their prices, especially on their 2 pack pre rolls. I almost always walk out with more than I planned to get because they have fantastic deals every day! Out of the few shops here in Mukilteo, this one will always be my go-to!

I really enjoy each and every visit. Fine people. The kind of people that respect you and Mother Earth. I never thought of my visits to be “going shopping”…. I feel a generosity of spirit when I’m in the dispensary. Everyone employed at Chimicum seems like the “owner” to me… love this joint!

This dispensary is my favorite! The people there are really cool and help you get exactly what you need. I would suggest going inside and picking stuff out inside, rather than ordering online. The site isn’t always updated, plus it’s nice to chat with them.

Such a wonderful first experience! I stopped by to grab a disposable dab pen before heading on a hike with some friends. The girls working there were incredibly helpful and the shop has a wonderful selection on pens with a great price range! Sam helped me find a great tasting pen that had me and my friends upbeat and giggling the whole hike! Such a fun atmosphere, great selection, and wonderful staff! Will definitely be stopping by again and would recommend you do too!
