I've ordered several carts from NorCal Holistics, and the experience has been solid. Customer service is straightforward and helpful, the products are consistent, and their pricing is reasonable. No complaints, would continue ordering. I can't speak on other items, but for their bundle+promo that comes out to $12.50 cents per 1g is the lowest I've been able to find anywhere by far! Driver (Samuel) was kind, and resolved an issue that was completely my mistake. Had every right be a little annoyed, but Was absolutely chill.

They are only delivery but that what you get in Marin, but they are great the guy on the phone was informative and really knew his buds. Asked him to make some recommendations and he was on it :) definitely recommend for anyone living in Marin. The delivery guy was even early, calls before they show up and was really nice. This was my first time ever dealing with a delivery dispensary and it went rather smooth.

We visited 4.20. Sebastian was our bud-tender & he was exceptional. Patient & took care of all our questions. I would highly recommend.

I was so impressed by my first bud tender, Andy and my next one, Ty. They were very kind and knowledgeable and walked us thru the list of items we were interested in. When we got home, I thought there were a couple of items missing from my sealed bag. I called the number and was so pleasantly surprised when Lera called me back within 30 minutes! I gave her my receipt number and told her that I was certain it was just an oversight and that no foul play had happened. (We had a confusing order!) Anyhow, I checked my receipt against my product and I was not charged for the items not in the bag! It was my bad. I called them back to tell them and, again, they called me right back. I apologized for the confusion and they were very gracious. Our experience at Planet 13 was positive from them moment we walked in until after the transaction...and the products were amazing. I love this place.

I don't know that I've ever had an easier time at any dispensary...NV, AZ, CA, it don't matter. My dumb ass didn't catch the name of the tender that helped my homegirl and I, but she was sweet and hella patient with the two of us. The disposables and flower suggested definitely hit the spot and didn't break my wallet (that Garlic Mints tho, dayum). I don't live in Vegas, sadly... but if I did, this would be my go to for sure.

On February 15 my wife and I happened to come in at Happy Hour and had the most wonderful visit with the Budtender of Budtenders, Jay. She was so enjoyable & totally made our drive from Henderson WAY worth it! I also really loved talking terps & strains with her. Quality establishment, clean store design and layout and fresh tasty flower are a few things of note, but I came here to say, Chrissy the budtender is the MVP and legend. I like these guys. Super easy talking with them through text. They walked me through the deals, we talked strains, I got my delivery, it was fire with no surprises. Here in SLT it seems like every dispensery has their own profile and specialties. TWC is the most friendly towards locals and their specialty is flower <3 Tho they also have a great variety of edibles and carts, they also work mainly with local and around the area growers, sometimes their 3.5g can be expensive but they're fire (in both potency and flavor/smoke experience) My personal favorite is their own Grape Gas, it smells exactly like fresh green grapes. They also have more affordable brands like DimeABag or Lolo and different specials every week. I would absolutely recomend for those who prefer flower over other presentations and appreciate the flavors and terps just as much as the high.

After having poor experiences with two other dispensaries in Sacramento I found KOLAS and I’m dedicated now. They have a robust and excellent menu and very helpful budtenders. They follow strict COVID-19 precautions too. Besides a wisdom discount I earn loyalty points to lower my bill. Their full menu is updated regularly on WeedMaps. I wish they’d do the same on their new app and Leafly.
