I like OHR and feel its the best option in Veneta. The tenders are helpful and kind everytime I go in. This is my regular store when needed because the service as well as prices. The only time their recommendations are good is when I don't follow them. This store is my recommendation for Veneta.

I drove by this place a dozen times before I realized it was a dispensary. It's located in an industrial area and blends in pretty well. A nice bonus is it happens to be on the way home from work. All the Staff was friendly and helpful. The selection was good and prices are on par with other places in the area. I'll be back

I just had a great experience with these folks so I had to hop on and give them reviews on whatever platform I could find lol. These guys are so reasonably priced and they have these INSANE discounts. I regularly take advantage of their buy two 1g cartridges get one for a dollar deals. They're already cheap, so I regularly get 3 x 1g Raw Garden cartridges for a total of $56 (plus tax). That's a great deal for Raw Garden. You have to look at their calander in advance but the savings are nuts. The customer service has been lovely as well. There was a mixup when I was trying to order something with a discount today and they gave me a bunch of store credit for the inconvenience. They gave me more than I would have saved with the discount. That's going above and beyond imo. That's what prompted me to leave a review today, but it's not the only time they've hooked me up. I rarely go anywhere else these days. I recommend this place to friends on a regular basis.

Forgot to grab something on my first trip here, so I popped back in to see if they had it in stock. Sometimes the website inventory is slightly different than what they have on the shelves so I always figure it's good to ask. The best prices for great weed that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to exactly ONE very slightly cheaper one (like, by a few dollars), but the weed wasn’t as good. Everywhere else in Florence is far more expensive for the same stuff. I’m one to think everything is expensive, so when I see something that’s comparatively inexpensive AND it’s good? That’s awesome. Plus, they’ll usually help you find more bang for your buck (there are deals all the time). The service is great. Everyone there is kind, asks how I am, remembers what type of thing I like (“Why aren’t you dabbing anymore?” “I think you’ll really like this flower.”), asks about my family, just, like... all things that make me feel like they’re your friends. I have severe social anxiety and it’s pretty much the only place where I can talk to people on my own, AND without feeling judged. I’ve been going here for over a year and a half, and everything’s been so great with them that the only time I buy from other places is when I’m in Eugene and it can’t wait. Overall, very impressed. Have always been impressed with them and will continue to go here for years to come.

Pound for pound the best customer experience in Florence. Knowledgeable staff with decades of experience. Comparable products and competitive pricing. Much better consistency across the board over competitors. Overall, it's not worth wasting time, energy, or resources going elsewhere. I've learned that the long time local business is family owned and operated and it really shows in the care and thoughtfulness they demonstrate with their customers especially with elderly people who have more specialized needs.
