I love the atmosphere. I like the professionalism and qualified staff. I find this place to be genuinely dedicated to their customers needs. Also, the atmosphere is super nice and clean but not too sterile. I battle cancer and I am prone to occasional brain fog which triggers frustration & yup, tears. I have to give a shout out to Cass working last Friday night. I swear her name tag said Cass sorry if I’m wrong. Can I just say that she was so dang amazing. She listened to me like I was the only one there, then she whips out perfect amount of compassion and then humor? Seriously, shows what real customer service is about. I went home grateful. Easily the nicest and cleanest experience I’ve ever had inside a dispensary! Everything is intentional and purposeful to provide a high class experience to the customers! Highly recommend for great bud and great service!

please get more half ounce pecos non-ECO. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for this. I have been coming to Pecos Ruidoso only weekly for over 2 years getting my weekly re-up and have never had an issue with your supply. Still have the same 5 Pecos ECO you all have not been able to get rid of for 3 weeks now(no one wants to save $10 for stems and leaves). I have had to find other dispensaries to buy my 5 flower ounces from over the past 3 weeks (popcorn junk compared to what you all use to have)......

the only concern I have is with the preroll filters the filters have too many folds at the center of the filter. Love the products I go here everyday sometimes more than once, I am a regular at this store the staff are friendly and try their best at satisfying their customers. plus it's the closest one to my home. Came in to get my Abundant Organics flower after creating an online order. I decided to go inside to look at some additional strains from Abundant, instead of taking the two half ounces I had ordered online. My bud tender was Rai - what great service she offered me! So sweet and patient, I truly appreciate her knowledge and expertise with what I wanted. Sure makes sense she has excellent skills and knowledge, she's been working at that very location for the past 4 years!!!!!!!!!!!!
