I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Big thx goes out to Ozzy @ Rise Dispo WPB she helped me get the strain I needed for pain then she made me laugh on a personal level which was welcoming. We started joking about how real stoners still smoke bongs especially JBD brand bongs. Then she tells me that a friend of hers recently bought the rights to the JBD brand and were able 2 keep the classic designs and art involved with the company. His named happens to have the exact same initials JBD, so not only did he love these bongs, it was his fate. I laughed hysterically during and after our conversation and was happy with Ozzy's recommendation. Will def go back 2 Rise!!!!

So.. being new to this Florida legal marijuana industry Fluent on Atlantic Blvd Jax was my 1st time purchasing . As a 1st time customer I had a 50% discount. I purchased 2 3gram containers and was given the discount on only one container instead of my total order. I was okay with that until I visited Surterra on Atlantic and was given the discount on my total order.. which is what I thought was going to happen at Fluent. If you’re looking for the best 1st time buyer discount… avoid Fluent. Other than that is was a great experience at both. Very knowledgeable, nice and definitely will visit both again.

Good service and quality of products. Has been very consistent here for me. Enjoy them having visible flower for patients to see different strains. Big step above other dispensaries who don’t have some of their flower visible for patients to see. Their rso is fantastic.

I dealt with Josh, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable that is made my experience easy. He was marvelous to deal with. I highly recommend this shop and this location of it, as they have continuously been wonderful to me, which has been very helpful with my acute chronic pain.

Very nice place. Very clean and nice decor. Service was fine. Didn’t really get a happy hello but the bud tender was not rude at all, and they were decently busy so very understandable. Good prices and sales on full gram carts. All and all would recommend they seem pretty busy so keep that in mind.

Trulieve is the holy land. Straight up. Strains that I grew up with in the 90s, got me hooked! I frequent the SS Estates and Jax Beach locations the most…sometimes multiple times weekly.

This was my first time in to Surterra and MJ was so helpful! She fully explained all the products and helped me make a selection that was best for pain management.

The Oregon Noble is very relaxing and nice. This is a great location with a very friendly professional staff. In shopping center very nice location with other dispensaries nearby. Jimmy Buffett PAX cartridges are flavorful and the relief will take your pain away
