These folks are hands down the closet I've gotten to California bud and thier tinctures are perfect to make moon rocks. Staff are so amazing and extremely helpful and down to earth

Trulieve is the holy land. Straight up. Strains that I grew up with in the 90s, got me hooked! I frequent the SS Estates and Jax Beach locations the most…sometimes multiple times weekly.

Cheez and Griffin are so helpful and full of outstanding knowledge of all products. They greeted me as I came in helped me right away and provided answers to all questions I had. What a great experience

You are the type of employee Trulieve needs to keep ahold of! I ended up grabbing 1 g of Space Age Cake Live Resin per Christopher’s request and ohhhhh man! It’s wonderful! This store is in a great location by the water. Very clean inside with plenty of seating Incase you just want to chill and read about all their products. Buds are not very high in THC but terps are definitely there. Love the kief and live bubble hash they pretty much always have in stock. You can't go wrong with visiting this store and enjoying the sales they have to offer

I am always amazed at the great service. I was helped today by Carly, she helped me understand the point system and saved me some money. She was very pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable.

Very nice clean store, they greet you as soon as you walk in. Didn’t have an issue finding my online orders, plus informed me of deals going on. Since I was first time buyer they also informed me of the discounts I could get (I was getting items on sale so I couldn’t add that to the checkout).

I want to say I feel that their first priority is Oils, vapes, products of those items. I feel weed is second priority here. Great people here.

My driver was awesome, very informative on the products, and super easy to talk to. Everyone on their team has been awesome, from the guy who called me to tell me that my order was under $75 and there would be a fee, had I not known I would've paid the same amount for less products. Also special shoutout to Eddie, whenever I call their Orlando location if he's in I'm talking to him. Dude is super cool, very informative, gave a awesome breakdown on the vape carts, and he needs a raise, or a promotion. Make him VP or something, dude is awesome. This is now my go-to spot.
