I only go to Apotheca locations in general to buy my products as I have come to trust them immensely because I know they only carry quality products! I was so happy when the Mooresville location opened as I work in Mooresville but live in another town, having this location is super convenient for my work week to pick up things and the staff is always so extremely friendly! I love how welcoming they always are to me and how they always have great knowledge for any product question I may have! I wanted to be sure I wrote a review for this location as I have for other locations that I have visited because Apotheca really just knows how to do customer service right and I wanted other potential customers to know that the staff at this location is a wonderful and helpful staff if you need guidance on products! They are always super well organized and welcoming!

I see there’s some mention about the online service. This is specifically related to the store off of River Highway. Always good service. Great people,clean good products at a reasonable price. Only place worth buying from in the area.

I love this place! The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I love going in and talking to them and asking for their recommendations. The price and quality of the products have never disappointed me in the slightest! I most frequently find myself grabbing their prerolls and edibles and love it when the rewards system gets me a $5 off!

After traveling far and wide around the United States—frequenting dispensaries in places with enviable legislation… this is the best the High Country has to offer. Apotheca’s selection is as wide and varied as their knowledge. I’ve spoken to one of the employees on several occasions, and all of my questions are answered with an astonishing level of detail and confidence. One of the employees is a joy to chat with—I’ve not caught her name, but she has a pretty cool cowboy boot tattoo. If you’re in the area and considering a trip to a dispensary, you’d be very hard pressed to do better than Apotheca.

I absolutely love everything about this store! The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. The employees talk to you like you're human and not like you are just another transaction. They are so knowledgeable and do deep research into their products before selling them. They have menus the list everything in the strain and explains what each effect each one may have on you. Absolutely amazing for beginners!! They have such a variety of everything, including glass, decor, clothing, and so much more! HIGHly recommended!!

Genuinely my favorite dispensary! Not just in Wilmington but the Carolinas entirely. Staff is very knowledgable, polite and kind! The Staff is very kind, professional, and knowledgable…especially helpful for a newcomer like me. I’ve been curious about trying these products, but I get overwhelmed by the many different strains, combos, & dosages available. Not to mention the best “impact” I’m seeking and which product personally works for me. Apothecas products are 3rd party tested, so I feel confident that they’re not only safe and pure, but consistent with intended use. My local store here in Kingsport, TN is always clean and athletically pleasing with their fantastic display of products. I’m so happy to have found them!
