Thank you Higher Leaf for your kindness I was prescribed Marijuana by my doctor because of a catastrophic ear injury. Marijuana helps me deal with my heinous symptoms. The staff at Higher Leaf have gone above and beyond in helping me get my medicine. I order on line, and call from Higher Leafs parking lot to let them know I arrived. They turn off the music before I enter, and a budtender makes sure the door to the store doesn't slam as customers are coming and going. Thank you, Higher Leaf for helping me get through this difficult time.

Excellent service and INCREDIBLE ETHICS! Recently when paying I shoved my $ in my pocket. 2 days AFTER I realized I was short 2-$100's I lost that day. Then AFTER 2 more days they called asking if I'd lost something. After much reviewing of video they concluded the 200 they found was mine!!! ELEVATION ROCKS!!!!! I'm a regular customer. Ordering online is convenient, and grants some pretty good discounts. The shop always smells amazing, and the staff are equally pleasant. My order is always promptly filled, and ready by the time I get there. My only gripe is that Indica edibles are a bit on the expensive side. Would recommend to a friend.

Been a patient for a little bit now and today you have saved my life the strain I use for eating you guys don’t usually have because of its high demand so usually I hold onto it so I don’t get sick I ran out yesterday and I was so worried thinking I wasn’t going to be able to get to eat for a while but then I come in to get my meds and you guys ave me yet again! I’ve been going to this Have a Heart for 2 years now and i Love it EVERY time I’m always greeted by big happy guys that for great at their jobs, and also are welcoming and have even been helpful with different product information. The products are displayed perfect very bright and arranged so I am able to get a clear view. Sometimes the wait is a minute but that’s only because the bud tenders are doing a great job at answering any questions and helping customers find the products they will enjoy. I always leave there with a smile. And I am always happy with what I buy.

Russel, and the other staff here too are really great people, and excellent bud tenders! I can walk in with a budget and they give me a great deal to fill it. You can be totally honest about what you want from your high and they’ll hook you up. I’m a really big fan of their indicas and hybrids. The place is a little inconvenient to pull into, but if you’re walking from the bus stop you’ll have a short trip. I’m a long term customer and never had a real complaint, ever! They deserve a little raise. ;)

Every time I come to shop here I am always greeted as a close friend. I come in the mornings mostly and Scotty, Kyla, Delaney and Emmett are always so wonderful. The staff at Origins were incredibly friendly and inviting. I was helped right as I could walk in and was informed on all new products that were in. The manager, Jonny, was very educated on the items in the store. Ended up picking a cartridge and was told about a different one that would be about the same price and more of what I was looking for. I went to pay at the register and figured out I was a couple bucks short so I was going to walk to the ATM. The manager told me not to worry about it and sent me on my way. I was floored, they do it well at Origins and take care of their customers and it definitely showed here. Definitely gonna double dip on tip next time.

We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?
