One of the absolute best dispensaries I've ever been too. Of course I support my local dispensary but I've been to a few around and in Pittsburgh as well. Brad and Michelle helped me through one of the worst days of my life. i deal with extremely bad social anxiety and they had some idiot working the door (thank God I never saw him again after that day) that had a nasty attitude and wasn't paying attention to his job which put me in a total panic attack Both Brad and Michelle made it a priority that I was on and helped me breathe thru it. Both even gave me hugs which I desperately needed that day. The overall cool, calm, and kindness from all the employees makes anyone feel welcome... like you've known them for years. Love them all!

Great place to stop! Conveniently on Lake Cook Road for quick entry/exit. The staff are all super friendly and the deals always blow my mind!

This is one of the nicest dispensaries in the area, you must see in person! free donut and coffee if you spend $40 during the week before 10am . Check these guys out!!

Great place. They always have a killer deal in every category. The service is fantastic. Everyone there is happy to help and really make me want to keep coming back. Worth the drive and next to Costco.

My favorite dispo by far. Nice deals on nice product and terrific well informed staff. Every receipt has some kind of discount for the following week and the rewards points are nice as well. The two Jos are particularly nice and have turned me on to some fine stuff for pain and for sleep.

I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! LOOOOVE this dispensary!!! I honestly can't say enough good things about them. The vibe of the whole place is great, the staff is spectacular (so friendly and they remember your face), their prices are reasonable, and their deals/sales are absolutely fabulous. They sell lots of fun extra stuff, too, that's a ball to look through (for example, I got my stepdad a book of how to turn 100+ objects into something you can smoke out of - hilarious!). Can't recommend this dispensary enough!! (And DEF see them for 04/20, it's a total blast!)

I’ve been coming to this Rise since legalization and wow what a change. The newly remodeled building is amazing. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Greg is the man! He knows everything. Always fun laughing with the people behind the counter too. Some funny ass mfers. Always a good experience here and their selection has drastically improved.

12/24/25. Sam, the cashier was super chill & down to earth. Really good at his job and took good care of me as a customer! 10/10 experience.

Friendly staff and fast service every visit. Usually have some great sales going on and their living wall is awesome! Haven’t checked out the lounge yet but I’m sure it’s great.
