I am very happy with my Nature’s Care experience. I spoke with Norma for advice and information by telephone prior to placing my order; she was very knowledgeable, helpful polite and professional. I love this place. Such nice staff. I originally visited the one down state on a hiking trip. but this one is in Chicago. As a med patient, I always have a smooth experience. Lots of variety and good specials too.

They have without a doubt the best selection of flower, vape, concentrate and their customer service is great. The budtenders were very knowledgeable.

I’d like you to carry more products from Airo. You seem to always be running low or out of them. It would also be helpful if you could either have a Doctor on staff or a list of recommended physicians that medical marijuana patients could go to for renewing their IL Medical Marijuana cards with.

This place is the best dispensary I have gone to! I drive past a few dispensaries just to come here. The staff is very knowledgeable and never makes you feel rushed while you ask questions. They are always running really good sales too so you can always get a nice deal. Also, I am in a wheelchair, and before that used and cane, and they are always helping me with doors and anything else I need. Everyone here always goes above and beyond every time I come, which is why I pass up a place I could “walk” to from my house just to come here.
