Great customer service/patient service. The ladies are super nice. I just don’t like that we are not able to pay with card online and just pick it up. Their selection are not as wide as other places. Which is what prompted me to change the location.

JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. Love shopping at fine fiddle as they always are stocked with a selection and now they're open late have been a smoker for 10 years now and have been coming to the suspensary for a long time because of their quality selection.

Every time i come here, i feel welcomed and the atmosphere is always so kind and chill. The products are amazing for an even better price. They always have such a unique selection for glassware, and i love seeing the usual faces every time i come in. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

The staff is very knowledgeable and if there's anything they may have questions about, they have a library they can reference to get more information for their customers. They have a very wide variety of flower, pre-rolls, tinctures, edibles, etc. My personal favorite is the multi packs they have for pre rolls. Saving me the time of having to roll when I'm super busy at home. The music and vibe is calming and laid back. They also have number is comfortable sitting area's where you can wait while they tend to other customers. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending it to those that ask.

Shawn was such a great employee. Helped me pick out the right thing. He was so kind and awesome. Made my day. If every dispensary employed people like him, I think no one would have a bad day. He just gave off such good energy, while also being extremely knowledgeable. I have visited 1000th of dispensaries. Patient since first month medical came to mass. This is the first review ive ever written. He was really that great. I hope the manager sees this and lets him know he really did an excellent job, both in recommending products, and also just being super kind and that light up the room type of energy. I wish more dispensaries considered the attitude of employees like you guys obviously have. The product was great, but Shawn was awesome and I am sure other feel the same, but most people dont take Time to write reviews, but he was that amazing I had to do it.
