I live just around the corner and this proximity lulled me into taking Smooth Remedies for granted as a local small dispensary among the ever growing herd of chain dispensaries everywhere in Maine. Mistake! This place is a find, from owner young yet knowledgeable Mike, to his affordable high quality products and well organized pleasant dispensary. His alternative to so called high potency tinctures like Thc-B, or P, or now foolishly illegal O, (all bought from highly reputable on line lab tested outlet) was a generic 10mg per mL tincture which for this aged and highly experienced user was at least equally as potent for positive mood, relaxation, pain relief at the lower!! less costly of the two potencies he offers!!!

I grew up in the Vegas area and finally made my way back after many years. I ended up at planet 13 at first and as great as it was it’s a huge tourist trap and the wait times are crazy. I don’t really have anything bad to say about planet 13 for what it is but if you are looking for a more chill local type environment this is your place!! Great attentive staff that wasn’t too medicated to work, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products on hand! I will be back when I’m in town!

I've been a client here pretty much since they started. I must say and this is commimg from a 25 year smoker and many many diff dispensarys. But that woman is by far one of the best there is. Always on point makes me feel comfortable always fair on top of best delivery service there can be. I'm actually waiting for then this very moment. The big chills strain is absolutely a must try Perfect time of year for that strain! I've bought from this place a few times now. I just drop them an order for some flower every few weeks, and then drive in and pick it up a little later, and the guys at the door/counter are always friendly. This is all I want out of a recreational shop, so hell yeah

The employees are crazy friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. The products are excellent - I've never gotten anything that has disappointed and I've never strayed from their in-house products. The cider is AMAZing. I'm always excited for the fall so I can stock up. The variety of in-house products is incredible, quality top tier, the pricing is incomparable in the area - as NH medical card holder, I'm just glad I live so close to be able to shop here. Absolutely love this place, they know just what I want with a few descriptive words of what I’d like. The girl with the purple hair is particularly kind. I have anxiety issues and when I walk in she is calming and I’m glad to be there.

Not sure what the fuss with previous reviews are about. Guessing they’re inexperienced with this process? I called in since I’m from Staten Island visiting the area. Super helpful over the phone. Emailed my documents, Came in, filled out form, and done less than 15mins? Only took extra minutes because I ordered a decent amount due to first time %20 discount available. Staff even helped me with the Brooklyn location and I’m definitely switching over to this Brand and location. Great experience and staff
