They have come around with new associates who are friendly and really have knowledge of the products they sell. A big change and welcome to see. Buds are outstanding. A great improvement in service and a nice open floor where everything is on display.

I've been to quite a few dispensaries in OR and WA. Freedom Longview is my favorite. Good prices..not the cheapest but competitive in market. It's the selection and knowledge and helpfulness of staff that has me coming back, when I have checked out other shops.

The staff at Origins were incredibly friendly and inviting. I was helped right as I could walk in and was informed on all new products that were in. The manager, Jonny, was very educated on the items in the store. Ended up picking a cartridge and was told about a different one that would be about the same price and more of what I was looking for. I went to pay at the register and figured out I was a couple bucks short so I was going to walk to the ATM. The manager told me not to worry about it and sent me on my way. I was floored, they do it well at Origins and take care of their customers and it definitely showed here. Definitely gonna double dip on tip next time.

Love them! It’s women owned. From the bud tenders to the inventory managers everyone is a pure bliss. My fav go to spot and usually the only one I ever need to go.

Without these key individual participants, the organization would likely and very simply drift into obscurity along with the hundreds of others. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?

I love this place -- the people, the products, and the vibe. I'm an old vet and me and wife come here every few weeks to check out their flower specials, primarily. The space itself is big, wide-open, clean and chill, like being in big barn. The people are chill and knowledgeable and are happy to help, engaged, etc. I don't understand why there would be even one complaint -- this is a fantastic weed shop with a killer vibe and great folks. What more do you need?

I love , love, love this place. Visiting from Arizona, and staying with non smokers, I'm very limited on what I can smoke while in Wa. The staff patiently listened to my likes and preferences and my visiting situation, and they got me exactly what I needed. Every time I come to shop here I am always greeted as a close friend. I come in the mornings mostly and Scotty, Kyla, Delaney and Emmett are always so wonderful. No matter what weird questions I have or if my indecisiveness gets the best of me, they have the perfect recommendations and so much knowledge to share. Stopped in here to pick up an online order as I noticed they had a strain I had really wanted to try. The price good, the staff was very friendly and informative, the store had a cool vibe with a kind of modern rustic decor going on, and the actual product was above and beyond my expectations. Great first experience here and will be back!
