The staff is well educated and easy to work with. Budtender Jacob had a keen and thorough understanding of the clones I was seeking. We were able to chat terpenes, medicinal qualities and structure of the plants with ease. I am delighted with the purchase. I drove from Novato to Santa Rosa and am deeelighted I did.

Organicann is my go to for the tree and the customer service is always on point not a day goes by where i walk in there and im being treated with respect, christie is one of the employees who helped me out the most and always has enthusiastic charisma.

The whole store itself is a perfect place. Looks like a coffee shop from afar, but becomes a GAS station when you step inside. The budtenders are very helpful and talk to you on a personal level and not just a sales person. They make a great connection with the customer.

Knowledgeable budtenders with some of the best prices and selection in Skagit county. Store manager there has worked really hard to get out all the old products so there is only the best and freshest when I come in! She also will remember what strains we like and make sure they're always on the menu. Truly a company that goes above an beyond for their customers!

This is by far my favorite shop in town! The deals they have are always 25% off and always consistent with what I am looking for. The selection is great but also the budtenders there are INCREDIBLY nice and knowledgeable, I refer my friends here all the time and haven’t heard a bad comment yet, everyone seems to be very pleased with this shop. I ordered online from Cali Gold for delivery and received my order very quickly. I thought I had ordered a battery but found that it had been left out of my basket. My delivery driver (Mr. Jackson) went above and beyond and let me borrow a battery for the night until he was able to deliver a new one the next day. I also got first time buyer goodies. Will definitely be ordering from here in the future and recommending to friends!!
