I was helped by a man named JR. He was extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions regarding different strains and products. He was friendly and had great customer service skills. So glad he was there to help!

the person working there was very sweet and awesome. also gave needed info about the type of cartridges I smoke.... not a huuuuuuge selection, pretty small place. but great stuff going back :D

Wonderful Variety, Super cool staff, and Beautiful store. My favorite shop in town and love spending Fridays after work going in. This was my first dispensary and while I’ve branched out this is the one I’m the most comfortable here.

The Drain La Mota is a great place to shop. They have a diverse knowledge of cannabis and along with that they remember what we like and always recommend items that they know will suit our tastes. I met with Skylar 7-23-24 looking for specific products that would help alleviate some side effects from a new medication. He immediately took me the doozie edibles and then gave me grape ape as I wanted smoke alternative. Skylar knows his stuff folks! The uncomfortable side effects I wanted gone are gone. I have been shopping at 420 Grand Central for almost two years now. Everyone is friendly but not everyone that works there is knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I had to shop in the store last week instead of shopping on line first and then driving there to pick it up. I wanted a specific strain and the gal told me they didn't have it. I did notice that a lot of the strains are in the wrong cabinets. For instance, you have Pamelina in the sativa cabinet and it's a Indica Dominant strain at 60/40. They also have Pablo Escobar in the Sativa cabinet and it's a 50/50 Hybrid. So I think the strain I was looking for was probably in the wrong cabinet and I was told they didn't have any. I went home and went directly to their online menu and guess what...I found the strain I was looking for. Unfortunately, I had to go to work and didn't have time to go get it. I tried the next morning, but it wasn't on the menu. Two of the strains I ended up buying were in the wrong cabinets and I won't purchase those again. I will continue to shop there, but ONLY online. When I make my order online and they confirm it, then I know for sure the product I want is waiting for me. What I should have done though is ask the person to go in back and check, but I didn't and she didn't offer to go look either. She couldn't give any feedback of her own about the products, just what customers had told her. I think it would be helpful if the hired help had some knowledge about the strains.

My wife is critically ill. I have been driving these guys crazy running down the right strains for her multiple conditions. I go to only two weed stores and this is one of them. Super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, I absolutely love this place.

I've been to 10 dispensaries in Southern/Middle Washington. This is my favorite shop so far. It's the only shop where I totally trusted the workers were listening to me and not just trying to push some product. The vibe was 100% positive. Uncle Ando's had a few odd products I couldn't find anywhere else.

The people here were so nice. They are closed for remodeling, but I have been told they will be reopening soon:) I can't wait to see Chelsey again!

When I went to visit Weed Again, it was a great experience. My first impression walking is was giving a chill vibe. My bud tender Glenn was VERY VERY knowledgeable about every product I asked about and that shows how much he knows about the product in that store, which doesn’t happen with most bud tenders I run into at other shops. Glenn’s energy and customer service was dead on and helping me understand what I was buying and what effect it gives. Very polite and professional and I will DEFINITELY be back for more product and to visit my bud tender Glenn. Overall, great staff!!! Thanks Weed Again.

Great Dispensary. Well stocked with exceptional products at reasonable prices. The bud tenders are knowledgeable and provide excellent service. They really care about their customers whom we’ve gotten to know. In my opinion, this is the best dispensary in the area for medical patients and we’ve been to all of the local dispensaries.

Just a COMFORTABLE place full of really GREAT people. Not to mention the service and selection of Herb is TOP SHELF!

The location is interesting, but the people are great. Just wish it was open later.

I have been a customer here since they opened. My wife is very ill and has very weird needs cannabis wise. Cassidy has taken extra time to run down the best product and application to help my girl.
