I am in the parking lot of the Commonwealth alternative the dispensary I was met by Kyle cuz Nico was not here I love them both the security guard Jamal he's very friendly he come out and helped me and especially Julie she came and gave me some toilet paper because I needed some and they were in a box I was sort of embarrassed but all I'm trying to tell everybody is this place is amazing and what makes it amazing is the staff that works here I feel that they really do care it's not just a job for them for them to be able to deal with me and I'm all over the place I recommend this place highly to anybody great staff

So happy I found this place! Pricing is great for what we buy and I was happy to see a nice selection of concentrates. My delivery came early which was awesome and they absolutely delivered some smiles. Will be buying again!

I find that the folks that work here are VERY knowledgeable about the strains they carry. They are friendly, open consistently and care about their businesses.

Very clean and well run dispensary. Inventory is updated regularly on their website. Spacious parking lot. They couldnt have picked a better location. A walk away from Dorchester Brewing and the shopping plaza.

Triple chocolate cookie live rosin was great. Coming from VT where concentrates are capped at 60% it was nice to get some dank. Nice atmosphere and budtender was kind and I didn’t feel rushed.

What I love about dispensaries is the customer care. The knowledge, openness, experience… I just love budtenders. I do have my favorite. Doobie delivery. I met Angie because I’m a disabled veteran. They don’t have that discount available so she added the percentage anyway with some computer voodoo. It is her passion… what can I say? She repent a great deal of time figuring it out. And when we spoke I detected her determination and compassion. Her voice is kind and lively. It’s like we have known each other since childhood. I kid you not. She had me laughing so much. She is so honest it’s delightful and I hung up feeling happy, like Angie.s voice. Thank you so much. And I call there first if I need information because Angie does her homework despite the 20 years of experience. Because she uses a personal approach. Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Their flower is my new favorite, 10 out of 10! You gotta try their OMG Sherb. The staff is super helpful, and very knowledgeable on their strains. Give this dispensary a visit you won’t be disappointed!

Organic Remedies in the North Hills was my introduction to the dispensary world. After three years in the program, OR is still my preferred place to go. From the standpoint of products, their THC/CBN capsules are something that actually help me sleep. I’m a professional insomniac, and nothing ever helps me sleep (that doesn’t leave me feeling it the next day). But the products I get here, for a very reasonable price, have helped more than anything I’ve ever tried. And I feel great in the morning. The tinctures work really nicely for me as well. I use them in addition to the CBN capsules. The Troches are an amazing deal. It’s nice to have options that don’t involve inhaling. Not that there’s anything wrong with inhaling. But options are nice. Most of all, though, I like going there for the people. I’ve been going there for three years and the staff is fantastic. They’re just normal, cool people who are always helpful and decent and kind. The front of house people, the budtenders, the pharmacists - everyone is great. And that matters to me. In three years I’ve only had a few occasions where I needed a little assistance or had a question about an order. They’ve always been completely understanding and helpful. I still go to other places. But I’m really glad to have the North Hills Organic Remedies as my home dispensary. Thank you to everyone there. Your decency is noticed.
