Hi I always have questions and everyone there is so very helpful! I just tried the cliq pod and I just love it! Thanks preorders for the suggestion! And thank u to Allison for her help with the battery, she’s so pleasant and helpful!

I love this shop! I always come here to pick up any products I need, the staff is always friendly & down to earth. My favorite service member is Bleau, she is always so sweet & helpful & she is always happy to see her returning customers! She is also insanely creative, & you can tell when she has worked on one of the signs because of how lovely it looks. :)

The system works perfectly, Call ahead and when you got there it's ready for you. Pay and go,

Great place to shop for good flower at cheap prices, always a sale going on!

Courtney is the best! She helped me find what I needed and the right amount!! Was truly best experience!

The Vault is my go to dispensary. Very knowledgeable friendly chill staff. (Ian was quite pleasant to work with).

Love that this dispensary has a lot of products at different price points. Easy to use menu. Great staff.

The white chocolate bar is my absolute favorite. Tastes delicious and love the effects and that it doesn’t matter what time of day I want to eat some. Best chocolates around by far!

I’m an Old Head so the store thing was pretty foreign to me. The staff are quite helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. Comfortable and pleasant place and peeps. Nice selection of delivery methods. I live a ways off and travel and hour plus to come here. Thanks folks.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Excellent flower pricing and their own Durban Poison was close to perfect with an amazing piney aroma!

Selena, Amy and Kyle shined a light on me Today, I'm speechless with how caring and compassionate they were, most comfortable untrusted relaxed conversations. They have phenomenal knowledge but the way you are treated is as if they are family. Thank you again - Joe

This is my second time to this distributor. They have great products and awesome people. I highly recommend the shark shock. Today Erika helped suggest some new strains and edibles that I would enjoy. Will definitely go back.

Hello just figured I’d write this review because Angel deserves a 5 star rating she picked out a great strain, very knowledgeable and super friendly that’s what makes this store the BEST in Worcester county, Thanks Angel, Steen Swenson

I come to get the superflux live concentrates, Gilford assisted me, very nice and very good customer service. I’m pretty knowledgeable about concentrates as that’s mainly what I consume, The superflux brand is putting out some of the best concentrates I have found. The consistency is always there. They always have good product.

I love this place. The people, product, price and atmosphere is great! I go to the worcester location every day. It fits my needs being a heavy cannabis user. Ty to the fine folks there. It helps my ptsd.

The Vault is an absolute gem. Speaking as an OCG (Old Cannabis Guy), I waited over 50 years for these days of legal dispensaries and the quality of the Vault has made it worth the wait. They do it right with outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff, a consistently great variety and selection as well as extremely competitive prices. But, it is more than that which makes the Vault so special, it is the chill welcoming environment, a truly welcoming experience for people 21 to . . . well, I have encountered octogenarians there! I HIGHLY recommend the Vault!

The problem I had was that the price on the leafly website was not that of mission. It was actually different when I got the mission. But they honored the purchases, which rocked.

First time buying from this establishment did my order online pickup love it got Garlic Z very good and strong beautiful body high relax very strong weed definitely buying again from them
